Crow soon returned back to the log with two mice. Raven sat up as Crow placed a mouse in front of his sister as he sat down with his mouse in front of him. The two kittens happily began to eat their food with perked and alert ears.

Aspenfur licked his cheek, a purr rumbling loudly in her throat. "You're cute and really sweet, lightningpelt." She said with a small smile. "Definitely much sweeter than Hawkstar." She added aloud.

"I try," he said, licking back her nose. Then playfully, he pounced on her and rolled down the hill of the mountain they were on. He easily pinned her down laughing, and licked her again on her nose.

Aspenfur laughed aloud as they rolled down the hill together. "You make me happy, Lightningpelt." She said as she purred, her eyes filled with delight as she was around the tom cat. She licked his nose and nuzzled him gently. "I have secretly always had a crush on you since we were apprentices." She confessed.

"Really?" He said, smiling. "i have too. I guess we are meant to be," He said licking her several times on her nose heavily. He plopped right beside her on the ground on his side, and looked at her deeply. "I love you, and you are gorgeous," he said, purring and still licking her strongly, too many times to count.

"I still think we should wait a little while until we become mates just to make sure the feelings between us do not leave, though I am sure mine will not leave." Aspenfur said with a flirtatious smirk and she licked him back.
