---Information & Adoption Policy Rules---

Adoptable Information

• All adoptions are final. No returns or swaps to the Shelled Friend Adoption Center. So choose wisely.
• Once adopted I will PM you a larger JPEG of your adopt with a white background, as well as a link to the Flicker post where you can download a different size. You are free to remove the background but do not remove my signature.
• Once the adoption is final the Flicker link will be live for a week after which I will remove it. It is up to you to save a copy to your device for safe keeping. If you loose your file I can not retrieve it for you.
• You may trade or sell your adoptable but be sure to credit me as the artist and DO NOT remove my signature.
• You can adopt as many friends as you please, but each turtle can only be adopted once from the Shelled Friend Adoption Center.
• Adoption are first come first served.
• Your user name will be added to the list of adopters, so if you want to swap or trade or just meet a like minded person check there

Decoration Information

• All item additions are final and can not be edited, removed, changed, adjusted or otherwise altered once added.
• Items that are colored YELLOW on Danny the Demo tortoise are re-colorable. If you have a desired color than please add a hex code to your order so I can get it right. If there is no preference I will choose what ever color I feel suits the tortoise best.
• You may purchase as many items as you want for your Shelled Friend, but not all of them play well with each other. If you are unsure if your selection would work well together, feel free to ask!
• Items do not stack and only occupy the position shown on Danny. I will not move them to other positions. So that means no tower of top hats or a bunch of balloons. At least not yet.

General Information

• It may take a day or more for your adoption to go through, so please be patient.
• Trade payments will be accepted once the PM with the JPEG is sent, not before. If that happens PM me so I can either get the art over ASP or send back the payment.
