R U L E S


1. No Whining
{|| if danny or I say that someone else has bought a character, or has won a character on the auction thread that you want, then that's that. Accept that you haven't gotten the character.

2. danny and I are in charge
{|| what dannys77 say is law; as well as what i say. So, listen to the law. Exceptions will be made in accordance with what the two of us say.

3. No art theft
{|| Seriously, just don't steal the characters! Don't claim the artwork as yours. This is a rule set by Nick and tess and I expect it to be followed.

4. Listen to Tess and Nick's rules
{|| Okay, if you're on this site in the first place, you should know that tess and Nick's rules are to be followed!! Just dont break them and we shouldn't have problems c:

5. Pay first
{|| before you get the character, we expect payment [ with the exception of payment in art/art slavery ], whether it be da points or usd. I have had problems with this in the past, and would prefer not to in the future.

6. Non-refundable
{|| Exceptions to this rule will be made according to whether or not we may have unknowingly sold a character we werent supposed to, etc. But, if you get a character, and pay for it, we won't accept requests for refunds.

7. be polite
{|| It really is a pain in the neck when bidders, or buyers are rude, or inconsiderate of others, so please try to be nice ^-^

1. FCFS
{|| These are flatsales, meaning that the first person to say that they want the character will get. Please don't complain about this.

2. Payment
{|| Please don't try to offer us things other than what we've asked for a character. However, you are free to haggle with the prices, or offer more if you're feeling generous.
