To change the topic from "Open" to "Closed" requires editing the front post, which has not been edited since 1st of January, so it's been closed almost a week.
Some of the replys have Re: Scissor's Adoptions: Open, but they were made as replies to posts that were made when it was open, or quoted posts from when it was open. (My post quoting Scissor's post is using the "open" tag because of the post I quoted. This post being made in reply to the latest one is using the "closed" title.)

You right click on the image, and it will say "Save as" or something like that, and just click it :'D
