Beltar he does have horns I'm not sure if they can be seen well they're the red tipped things behind his ears. He has spikes on his bad you can see past the wings and the silver thing behind his wing is a weapon not a marking

That's fine I just wanted to let you know about the horns /spikes and that it was a weapon xD I've had people draw him without the spikes /horns and with the weapon as a marking o.o
