800 would probably allow you to get char(s) from any of the groups/lists I have up.

Yes he is, and it would depend on the amount of points or the chars you have to offer.
I will not accept pets for him though as I find I don't have a lot of use for pets.
And I would rather something else since I still have a slight connection to him.
