A custom with a fullbody drawing similar to this or this would be C$ 50 of the equivalent in pets.
A custom with a ref sheet more like this or this would be C$ 100 or the equivalent in pets.
We would talk about what you want in your custom and then you can have me edit it as much as you want. Starting points can include species, gender, aesthetic, or a Pinterest board. You can be as specific or vague as you want.
