All HARPG-ers and those involved with Adoptable Oekaki that adopt out/sell horses are invited!
What Is The A-RPG Winter Horse Festival?
This is Bayside Equest. Stables first ever Winter Horse Festival. It is going to be a fun art role play as an extension of BES's main RP. Below will be a description of what will be at the festival! You can role play out your time there, BUT not like a normal RP. You must make art(even a simple sketch) picturing your activities at the Festival and include a small story. You may use any form/medium of art. People may see our art, read your story, and then like it so much that they respond to it with their own art piece. You may do the same! Collaborations are a great idea too! Have fun!

What To Do At The Winter Horse Festival!
Meet, Greet, Converse & Dance -- You can draw yourself(or your HARPG characters) dancing, chatting, meeting new people, etc. in the tent(which will have big paper cut-outs of snowflakes hanging from above) barn, courtyard or around the stables.
Horse Play -- You can watch people ride their horses, or saddle up and ride your own. Or you can take a tour and meet all the horses! I(Bay) will be your guide!
You can also show off your horse's winter coat! Draw your shaggy, fury and or blanketed horse "crashing" the party, or just chillin' and soaking up the attention. Your creativity is your only limit
Horse Drawn Carriage Rides -- There will be a few horse drawn carriages, which will be all decorated for the winter theme. Draw yourself/HARPG character and your friends/family/stable hands/etc. on a carriage ride through BES's stable grounds. Or perhaps you're the one driving/tending to the horses!
Buy and Sell -- As well as venders selling horse tack, rider wear, and other horse-related goods, there will be a section of "for sale" HARPG horses that you can buy, or ask for your own horse(s) to be showcased, in hopes of finding a new home. If you buy a horse at the Winter Festival, draw some art of you meeting/buying/brining home/etc your new horse! You can also scout for stud horses to breed your mare to, or bring your stud to advertise.
Practice Competition -- All of the arenas will be open so if you want to have a non-judged practice competition with the other riders, feel free to do so! Just draw your horse and rider in practicing in any competition you choose. On the Showgrounds of the stables, there is a large indoor arena, a racetrack, a grass showjumping arena, and a dressage arena. BES also has cows if you want to do cutting, roping, ect.
Whateves -- Play some games, start a little gossip, cause/fix a situation, dress your horse up as a reindeer, do whatever your creativity wants! It's a Festival!!!
Important Info
Stables Info and location: Bayside Equestrian stables is located in northern California. It does not snow in BES's particular location, but it does get frosty, and one of the boarders of BES might bring in a truckload of snow from the mountains.

The tent will be located to the right side of the of the courtyard. Examples of the tent: one, two.
The tent will have big paper cut-outs of snowflakes hanging from above. The tent will have tables, chairs, a dance floor, a mini bar, and a grill and food tables serving all kids of things to eat.
The Courtyard will have several outdoor fireplaces and chairs to sit around them.
Feel free to bring your dog, horse, etc along with you!
