I stride pridefully into my meadow's territory and watch my two mares. Sun is beautiful in the sunlight, and Strawberry is gorgeous as well. I love them so much. I am just afraid when the next stallion will come.

A Fallen Empire

a handsome seal bay stallion trudged along the wet ground, his sharp grey hooves creating small imprints in the dirt. he trampled over some tall stalks of grass, his curved ears flicked back and forth, listening for any sort of equine. he was very focused right now, the search for mares was not all fun and games until you actually found one. dark brown nostrils flaring, he tried scenting any mare's in heat but, failed to smell anything. tossing his thick skull up in annoyance, he pushed his large body into a canter, letting a loud bellow emerge from his velvety brown muzzle. whisking his thick black tail against his flank, the male set out to find a mare, whether she liked it or not. right now, the only thing he heard was the drumming rhythm of his hooves along the ground, nothing else.

Fairy Tale

a beautiful lightly dappled arabian mix mare romped about by a small stream, her light heat scent filling the air around her. swishing her thin blonde tail up into the air behind her, the female let out a powerful buck, one strong enough to knock the wind out of another equine. the loud sound of her hooves rushing through the air made her ears pin back for a slight moment before her hooves landed back on the ground, creating a loud thudding sound. letting out a loud snort, the mare tried calming herself down, finally allowing herself to get a drink from the taunting river beside her. the cool water cooled down her burning throat, a pleased expression on the arabian's face. lifting up her dished head, she backed up a couple of steps from the water source, lowering her head once more to graze quietly.

Sweet Promise

a thick boned chestnut tobiano mare had her curved ears pinned back in an uneasy way, having the feeling of someone or something watching her. letting out a small breath of air, the female's dark brown eyes showed some of their whites, her insides shaking with fear. she hated this feeling, being left alone to defend for herself. but, if she wasn't alone, that would mean she would have to be with a stallion, another dreadful feeling. they were always so pushy, rude, mean, she was deeply afraid of pretty much anything that moved but, especially stallions. clamping her brown and white tail down, she scented the air, not detecting any stallions, for now. keeping her senses on high alert, the female slowly lowered her head to graze, eyes constantly flicking back and forth, her body shivering sightly.

a muscular, tall dappled mare grazed silently, occasionally flicking her tail at her haunches, the pesky flies irritating her skin. she knew she was deep in heat, the scent kept lingering into her light grey nostrils but, she wasn't afraid of any ol' stallion. they would be sorry once they met her, sure her name sounded nice, that was the only thing about her that was pleasant. letting out an agitated snort, the dapple grey kicked up her hind legs, a small but powerful buck, a warning to the flies to stay off of her. of course they didn't listen, only making the mare's temperature rise even more. the poor stallion who would dare come across this mare, what a surprise he was in for. snorting unhappily, the mare lifted up her large head, starting to walk off in any direction she wanted to.

Running Bird

a young chestnut mare was galloping along the open meadow, a thick layer of sweat covering her small, bony body. she wasn't fully grown yet so, that was why most of her bones were showing, not because she was underweight. letting out a shrill whinny, the young filly continued on with her fast pace, her unscented tail flowing freely behind her. she hadn't entered her first heat yet and might not be able to carry a foal until she turns three but, her heat might start early, meaning this spring. she was definitely not prepared for that, right now she didn't even have stallions noticing her for the most part. small chest heaving up and down, the chestnut finally slowed to a fast paced trot, her light grey nostrils flaring greatly, her heart racing extremely fast.

Moon galloped in the forest she came to a lake and she saw some dune grass and grazed on it. It was delicious. The wind was cool and blew her mane. Moon flicked her tail and the smell of heat spreaded. She did not realize it and she looked at the water and got a drink of water. She started to walk in the cold water every step she took her footprint imprinted the ground.
