Cs paint swatch importer?

I might be going mad here, no worries if so- I haven't used cs in a few years and I swear there used to be a way to add a colour to the palette using the hexcode?
Really appreciate any help .A.

Oekaki? You click the current color.

Per the amazing oekaki guide
"clicking the currently selected color opens a hex code input box"
