I try to use Free Online Image Editor to resize images for my signature.

It works, but here is my problem.

If i save if it to my COMPUTER, then i can't access it because that only works for avatars.

May someone help me? <3

image hosting sites are what you are looking for.
try using imgur or tinypic.
then you can save them there forever.

Be sure to click the "apply" button after making any changes. Then you can right click and "save iomage as" or you can hit the save button up top. Also, you will have problems if you try to save an image as a bitmap, so be sure to save as a png or gif.

How do you make the image look normal on mobile?

How do you make the image look normal on mobile?

I mean, Mobile is much smaller. And "normal" meaning the computer, is much bigger. What is the size difference

That sounds like something you're going to have to experiement with yourself. Start by looking at your own sig on a mobile device to see if you like whatever size you see there.
