Looking for a helpful tool to help search through pet IDs

Postby -Leslie- » Mon Oct 20, 2025 3:31 am

Hello! I’m curious, does anyone know of a tool, or possibly a browser extension that can help with searching through CS pet ID numbers? Basically, something that can change the number that is found on the very end of the individual pet links to browse through the pets by either counting higher or lower, depending on the desired order preference. I ask, because it would be very helpful to find specific outcomes in specific number ranges for those of us who have a preference on how our litters are arranged, or how they are ordered in our folders.

I would also be interested in a tool to help in finding pets by id.
Are there any groups or people who I could make a request to make such a link. Perhaps an extension that allows you to click next pet like on flight rising.

There isn't an extension that I know of. I am not sure it would be allowed though. One of the declined suggestions for the site is

Search for users who own certain pet or have certain pet for trade: this would lead to users being spammed with trades and greatly strain the server.

Maybe it's different. Who knows. You can still manually search with Ids through the page url though.

Ps. Side note. Why do you and -Kristi- have almost the same username and almost the same trade settings? Are you siblings by any chance? Thought it was interesting.

Is there a way, or is there a place that someone can have an extension (or a tool) be made/created that would help make it easier to manually search through pet ID's/URLS? I am mostly on my phone these days and it isn't exactly the easiest to change the numbers at the end of the URL. Plus it takes so much time and battery life.

Seconding Kite in that this would likely not be allowed to be created / advertised on CS.

The concern is that users who aren’t advertising their outcomes for trade will get spammed with random trade requests (if they have them in unlocked groups). Depending on how fast the extension would iterate through pets, it could strain the server as well, especially if multiple users were using the tool at the same time.

Users are able to manually search through IDs, so it is possible that users could still get unsolicited trade requests; however, it would at least be at a slower rate than if an extension was made to find certain outcomes.
