Hello, and welcome to our Galaxy! said the strange creature before you. No doubt you are wondering how you came to be here, but worry not, for your time here will be filled with fun and games! You blink, and stare at this bunny like critter and think you must surely be dreaming. And, as you hope it is a dream, the thing in front of you moves to the side, and points down towards a land of bright lights. Sounds of children squealing with joy float up and it brings an excited smile to your face...

Will you join us? Or wake up?...The choice is yours!


I'm glad you decided to join us. Here, you will be able to join in games and contests, designed to test your skills and abilities. You will have a chance to win items and bunnies, but winning is a lot harder than it looks. Some of these games are not speed based, so if you are a posting ninja, you may find yourself in a bit of a pickle...

The Galactic Games will run for several hours a day. And only during this time period. This will help Chry to not get too overwhelmed and to maintain balance in the games that she opens/closes during this time frame.

The rules from the Cyber Bunny thread will still apply here. But here are a few more, and some reminders to keep you in check...

Do not complain! Do not whine! Do not sook and carrying on like spoilt little children because you did not win a game...

Do not edit your forms...And in some cases, the forms in this thread have to be right. As in the colour/code has to be kept in place...

You may only win once each day. This event was created so more people who didn't have bunnies, would get a chance to adopt...However, you can keep entering games as often as each game allows, until you win something

When games are opening for the day, an announcement will be made on the thread by Chry, NOT on the front page...However, the game will have an open and/or Closed sign to help you

Each game has additional rules for you to follow. Make sure to read those, too!



F . A . Q .

Is participating in activities free?
The only activities that cost are the store bunnies, everything else is free.

Do you need any more staff?
No, we don't. Chry recruited plenty of staff for the event in advance.

I posted before such and such! Why didn't I win?
You didn't win, because this thread isn't run like the original thread. Its not always first come, first serve!

If I won a pet today, can I keep playing games?
You can keep entering any open games you like, but once you win, you cannot enter any more until the games open again in the morning.

This event isn't fair! I haven't gotten anything!
Actually, this event is very fair. It was designed with users who keep missing litters in mind. There are many chances to get pets, however nothing is guaranteed and you may end up with nothing.

If the event is so fair, how are winners chosen?
For games, Chry uses Random.org's Random Number Generator (except in the cases of speed games, as they are not random).
For contests, all are chosen by: preference, effort, creativity, and skill. Some are judged more harshly than others.
For store bunnies, the "winner" is whoever posts the form and sends the payment first.

Can the Cyber Bunny staff participate in the Faire?
Of course they can! Everyone but Chry is welcome to play the games and purchase pets. Anyone can participate in contests, however artists cannot win their own creations.

Why can staff participate? Its not fair!
Because they spent hours upon hours of their time making this event happen. They deserve to have some fun, too.

Why hasn't my egg grown?!
Because while the event is happening, no one's eggs will be growing. Its enough work just running the games, and Chry doesn't need the added stress of remembering to grow things. Once the event ends, they'll grow.

Dunk the Cyber Bunny!

Get your gems ready!
When you post, your post will be given a random number, via a random number generator, which only Chry will know. If you get an odd number, you've dunked the Cyber Bunny! If you get an even number, you didn't get to Dunk the Cyber Bunny. Whoever dunks the bunny first, wins a Trading Grease!

Rumours

The Cyber Bunnies have been spreading some nasty rumours around! And the Rumours have been directed towards one poor Cyber Bunny in particular. Help calm these Rumours down! You have to find 3 Rumours, in order, hidden in Chry's posts on the main Cyber Bunny Thread, and explain how you can solve the puzzle and find out which bunny is being targeted. Post your answer, with the riddles to Chry, and if you get all three Rumours and the answer correct, you win . The prize is 1 Premium Breeding Oil!

Put The Gem On the Cyber Bunny!

Oops, one of our bunnies is missing a Gem. Post when Chry announces the game is open, and choose a number between 1 and 10. Chry will then announce the game is closed once all numbers have been taken. She will then choose 3 winners based on the numbers chosen and a random number generator. The prize for this game is 1 Trading Grease per winner

This game is very simple. When Chry says its time to Wish upon a Star! you post your form. When she says that the star has passed, this mean the game is closed. She will then tally up the number of posts, then use a random number generator to decide who wins the Premium Breeding Oil

A game of hide and go peek! Chry will ask you to Jump into the Black Hole!, she will then give you a clue. It will ask you to go searching through her pets, and once you've found the pet, all you have to do, is post a link to the pet, in the form and you can win yourself 1 Trading Grease

Planet Toss!

Chry will announce that you can pick up one itty bitty little planet. She doesn't know if anything lives on the planet, but who cares! You could win a custom scroll! And thats more important right?
All you have to do is fill out the form, and how many parsecs, out of 20, you think your Planet flew. The aim is to hit the target, but only Chry knows how far away the Target is.

Galactic Adventures!

This is a writing contest. You must write a story about your bunny/ies, or the Games Mascot, having an adventure in outer space. Please note, that Chry has seen every episode and movie of Star Trek, seen all the Star Wars movies and is a Stargate fan girl. Enjoys Firefly and Farscape and has spent many years reading science fiction.
So, anyone caught copying episodes/movies/books will be BANNED from this thread, the main thread, and have ALL of their bunnies/items revoked.
As a way to help solve theft issues, Chry has decided that the genre for this contest will be "Space Horror"...Interpret that how you will, but make it scary ...I will only read a story 1000 words long. Anything over that by more than 100 words, will not be judged.
