You may purchase as many as you like, but you may only use ONE per month. Doesn't matter if it's for the same or a different horse, ONLY ONE per month. Period. So choose wisely.
Freeze potion - Causes the PPS in ponies under a year old. = one uncommon OR 100 PP
Love potion - Causes there to be one extra baby in a batch. = two common dogs OR 150 PP
Speed potion - Causes all Speed stats to increase by 3 permanently. = three common dogs OR 200 PP
