It depends.If I ever make a breeding, and say the mother has wings and no frills, and the father has frills and no wings, the offspring might have frills and wings, or certain frills, no wings, ect.Other wise tif you want one frill, and wings or something like taht you would have to order a custom.So customs are pretty much the rarest. And for the other question ▬ I'm pretty skillfull with linearts.It depends on which program I use, because I have GIMP 2.6 and Paint Tool SAI.
