Disciplinary Action Policy▹Participation in Plushies means that you adhere to all Plushies policies and rules.
▹Disciplinary Action will be based on a case-by-case bases of their misconduct.
▹Staff will reach out to the person and let them know what was flagged as misconduct, why it was flagged as misconduct and the solution.
▹Users with minor or mild misconduct will not be shown publicly.
▹Users with gross misconduct will be shown publicly for trading purposes.
Types of Misconduct▹Minor Misconduct -
- Includes by not limited to misunderstandings in rules and forms.
▹Disciplinary Action for Minor Misconduct -
- Includes by not limited to a reminder in the form of a DM from a staff member
▹Mild Misconduct -
- Includes by not limited to disrespecting staff, guilt tripping, negative behavior, unsafe speech
▹Disciplinary Action for Mild Misconduct -
- Includes by not limited to temporary ban to all Plushie places
▹Gross Misconduct -
- Includes by not limited to scamming, plagiarism, multi-accounting, hate speech, aggression and harassment.
▹Disciplinary Action for Gross Misconduct -
- Includes by not limited to removal of Plushies effective immediately, revoke Plushie assets, Banned from all Plushie places, blacklisted.
Bans and Appeals▹Banned users lose all ownership.
▹All Plushies and Plushie assets will be siezed. Staff reserve the right to rehome and redistribute all seized assets.
▹Banned users are not allowed to interact in any Plushie place. Including but not limited to raffles, trades, shops, and discord.
▹Users who trade with the banned individual will have the trade reversed.
▹Appeal if you think a warning or decision was unfairly made. You can contact Veneti or an Admin. Appeals are reviewed at a case by case basis.
