▪ Please don’t use alts to cheat. Just as a precaution, to adopt any Grubbins or your CS account should be over 2 months old. This also applies to Discord accounts, if you plan to join the Discord.

▪ Please don’t edit the Grubbin’s lineart yourself, resizing and rotating are totally fine though.

▪ You don’t have to follow the established Grubbin lore if you don’t want to. Go be creative.

▪ If you want, you can make your own original Grubbins as characters. They are considered unofficial though and can’t participate in any events, use items, or go foraging. Official Grubbins will always have an ID associated with them.

▪ Please do not claim the Grubbins as your own original artwork. If you decide to post them anywhere please link them back to this thread, or credit me somewhere. For unofficial Grubbins, please don’t trace or use the official Grubbin lineart lol.

▪ Although a Co-op archive exists, I also keep a personal archive of every Grubbin, owners, and transactions. Please don’t try to cheat or claim items / Grubbins that you don’t own. Because of this, you aren’t required to have a post in the Co-op archive. It is appreciated though.

▪ | What are Grubbins? | ▪

▪ Grubbins are rather strange creatures, showing both invertebrate and vertebrate traits. They are able to thrive in a variety of terrestrial and aquatic environments, from the highest alps to the deepest trenches. Grubbins are a welcome sight everywhere, as they enjoy eating invasive weeds and keep the local ecosystem healthy. Unfortunately, sudden movements can easily startle them, causing them to curl up into a protective ball. Despite their small size, they are actually fairly intelligent and can be trained and kept as pets. Most wild Grubbins look very similar, but domestic populations show a lot of interesting variety.

▪ | Currency Info | ▪

▪ There are two main currencies used for Grubbins: Pinecones and Golden Pinecones.

▪ Pinecones are the regular currency and can be obtained from events, foraging, and by exchanging more Common CS pets for them. They are used to purchase certain Regular items and Grubbins.

▪ Golden Pinecones are the premium currency and can be obtained through special events, purchased using C$, or given when exchanging more Rare CS pets. They are used to purchase certain Unusual items and Grubbins.

▪ The definition of more Common pets includes: OMGSC - EC - VC - C - UC.

▪ The definition of more Rare pets includes: VUC - EUC - R - VR - ER. (OMGSR are not currently accepted)

▪ | Grubbin Info | ▪

▪ Grubbins are made available through: Events, Special Events, Raffles, and FCFS (First Come - First Serve) adoptions.

▪ Events occur at regular times throughout the year and overlap with irl Holidays. Special events occur sporadically and have no set schedule. Unique items, Golden Pinecones, and Unusual Grubbins can sometimes be obtained through Special Events.

▪ There are Three distinct species of Grubbin: Regular, Unusual, and Unique.

▪ Regular Grubbins show simple patterns and stick to the regular Grubbin body shape. They are the most Common form of Grubbin. These types of Grubbins are always available for free through events, raffles, or other means.

▪ Unusual Grubbins tend to have more complex and intricate patterns. They don't really conform to the regular Grubbin body shape and can have lots of different variations.They are much more Rare than other Grubbins. These Grubbins are usually only available by purchase, but may also be given away in raffles or special events.

▪ Unique Grubbins are one of a kind, no other Grubbin will ever look like them. These are made using genetic manipulation for a Custom Grubbin. Unique Grubbins are unable to reproduce. These types of Grubbins are only available through Paid Customs.
