Welcome to Homeward Bound.
Homeward Bound is a semi-realistic adoptable roleplaying game with a focus on worldbuilding, arts of all kinds, and coming together as a community.
This ARPG takes place in the fallout of an apocalypse, with nature taking over the ruins and rubble left from destroyed buildings and forgotten homes. It will follow the story of the packs that you will create, and the NPCs that will be found on the main threads. While Homeward Bound has it's own lore, you're more than welcomed to expand on it and change it to suit your creative mind!
Now choose your founder and go forth, expand your pack and see what awaits in the ruins of the world around you.

GENERAL RULES ;
*rules are always subject to change or be added if deemed fit,
⬞ All Chicken Smoothie rules apply and must be followed. If you are unsure what falls under CS rules, go give it a read!
⬞ Be kind to everyone, staff or otherwise. Harassment of any kind is not allowed and will result in a strike/ban.
⬞ We run on a 3 strike system before being banned from the ARPG, however bans can be immediate depending on the situation.
⬞ Please keep posts in their respective threads, but if you have a question, feel free to ask!
⬞ Credit is a must if posting your dogs outside of CS! Link back to here.
⬞ An archive must be made to participate, and must be kept up to date!
⬞ Staff are the only ones allowed to edit/add onto the official lineart.
⬞ If entering for a raffle, you are allowed to enter for all, but you may only win one.
⬞ You are only allowed one free founder.


FAQ ;
⬞ Can my dogs be unusual colors and/or have unusual patterns?
↪ Yes and no. All dogs that are found will have mostly realistic patterns & designs, unless an event comes up. However, an item (fur dye) can be bought in the market and found on explorations that can allow you to dye the fur of your chosen dog!
⬞ Does my dog have to be cisgender and/or straight?
↪ Nope! Your dogs can be any gender you please and be any sexuality. This won't effect breedings either, as mates of the same gender will be able to have pups together too!
⬞ How many dogs can be in my pack?
↪ As of right now, there is no limit! just make sure to keep track.
