Flutters are a somewhat newly discovered and evasive, hidden species, but if youre curious enough, you may find one. They are very sneaky and rather mischievous little lads, but once they become attached to someone, they are very loyal. They often travel in packs of 3-5, but once in a while, you may find a lonely traveller who'd like to join your party...

- The official bases can only be used by mods and official artists, although you are allowed to make ocs using other lines! Users can make F2U bases and upload them to the toyhouse page
- The official bases CANNOT BE USED OR ALTERED FOR ANY REASON unless you are a mod or an artist! Users can order customs ^^
- Yes, you can use them as OCs!
- They MUST have NO pupils, only a blank, solid color or gradient/pattern!
- They MUST have some type of wing on their backs!
- Please do not harass the staff, they are here to help! Bring any major issues to me!
- most of our stuff will happen IN THE DISCORD, so if you can join, join! Or else you will miss a lot
- when scavenging, you can send UP TO 5 flutters at once, but make sure you keep their scavenging numbers in order!
