A Palette cat is a small, colorful cat who's colors are normally limited to 4 different colors. They often vary vastly in appearance, depending on there colors, or palette, which is on their tail. Nobody knows where they came from, but these little guys are cute and cuddly, and would love to come home with you!

2. If you don't own a Palette cat, don't claim it as your own! That being said, don't steal the base, edit any pre-existing Palette cat, or make your own without permission!
3. Please don't guilt-trip anyone if you don't win a Palette cat. Please.
4. Unless you are doing a litter swap, Palette cats have 5 day cooldown for trading. They can also be traded for other UMAs, as long as that UMA allows it.
5. When buying Store Palette cats (?), or buying paint bottles using C$ and/or pets, please wait for me to confirm your trade before buying anything!

7 You can put your Palette cats on a different website, so long as it's linked back to this UMA.

How do you get a Palette cat?- Palette cats can either be adopted through FCFS or Raffles, and sometimes events!
Are they free?- Unless they are in a store litter (Still contemplating on that), they are free!
Am I allowed to draw my Palette cat?- Of course!
How many times can I use an item?- All store items are one-use, if you'd like to take a clothing item off of a Palette cat, you can transfer it to another one of your Palette cats. If you just simply take it off, it will disappear.
How do I know if I am a "Non owner"?- Simple! Non-owners are users who have never owned a Palette cat before!
What happens if something is wrong with my Palette cat's picture!-Let me know asap so I can get it fixed!

1. FCFS stands for first come first served. If a litter is FCFS, you have to be the first person to claim a Palette cat if you want it.
2. There are specific forms for both FCFS and raffle Palette cats. You may not use the FCFS form for raffles and vice versa, they will be skipped!
3. The FCFS forms are hidden when a litter is not up, and when a litter is up, they are changed to match the litter. This is to ensure everyone has a fair chance of getting a Palette cat. The FCFS form must be exactly the same as the current FCFS form, or else it will be skipped!
4. You can edit your post with a Raffle form in it, but you may not edit a post with a FCFS form in it. If you've made a mistake, quote the post and fix it in the quoted post. Edited FCFS posts will be skipped!
5. If you win a FCFS Palette cat, you cannot enter the litter's raffle. This is to make sure people who missed the FCFS Palette cats still have a chance to get one.
6. You can enter for multiple Raffle Palette cats, but you can only win one.
7. You can only get 1 Palette cat per litter! This is, again, to keep it fair for others.
8. Reserved Palette cats cannot be won, they have been saved for someone (The artist, somebody else of the artist's choosing).
9.Palette cats labeled for "Non owners only" or "Owns 2 or less" are as said. These can only be one by non owners, or a user who owns two or less.
