Small question: for breeding Beas, do we need some sort of ticket/payment to do so? also are we allowed to claim any pups that are an outcome of the breeding or is there a limit?

For breeding your beas there is no fee if you arent breeding with a bea who's owner requests one
Ie. someone has a Male up for 20 C$ per litter, you’d pay that if you wanted to pair with your female

Or someone has a pair up and you want one of their litters, you’d pay the fees for both parents (maybe 20 for the female, another 20 for the male)

Or two different peoples Beas

However
If you pay someone to use their bea you lay claim to all the pups. If not they're split between the owners of the parents
If theyre both your own bea of course you get all the pups and theres no fee
