Staff Rules
Artist ~ Can make LPA's (litters pencil, boxes, etc.) and customs for the people who requested em.
Guest Artist ~ Can make LPA's (litters pencil, boxes, etc.) and customs for the people who requested em. You usually get to work here for about a week. Exceptions can be made (:
Mod ~ Moderate the thread, answer any questions nicely and correct users if needed.

Staff Payment
Artists ~ 5 Pencils per LPA ya make. For every 5 LPA you make, you can make a custom for yourself! And for making customs for users, you get the cost of it as your payment.
Guest Artists ~ 5 Pencils per LPA ya make. For every 5 LPA you make, you can make a custom for yourself! And for making customs for users, you get the cost of it as your payment.
Mods ~ If you're doing your job correctly, you get 30 pencils a week. Maybe more on certain circumstances.

Cubby motions for you to look behind you. When you do, you see a magnificent griffin. "Hello. I'm Cyacinth. Follow me." He shows you over to a hollow with multiple caves. "Here we are. If you want to breed 2 of your LPA's you can fill out a form and have them bred. There are 2-4 offspring in a batch. You can only keep 2 due to space limits. Buuuuut you can keep one more from a batch if you buy Pixie Dust. You can breed a hybrid (equine x reptillian) but they are super rare. Don't forget, you have to buy a breeding ticket to rent one (or 2 if you pay a fee of 10 Pencils) of the caves to breed. Good luck!"

Weaknesses: Takes a long time for me to figure the gif out for some reason. So when I finish drawing something in less than 15 minutes, it takes 30 minutes to actually make it move.

Fred leads you over to creature that looks some-what like a fairy. "Hello there! I'm Viola, and i'm in charge of hunting. Follow me!" Viola leads you to a meadow full of flowers. "You can send one of your LPA's to hunt and find items or sometimes even other LPA's! You don't have to use any items but they can increase your chance of getting things. You can only hunt on 2 days of the month. Why? Well each trip takes up a lot of energy and you don't want to over work your poor LPA."

As you appraoch, you happen to see a Manticore and a lovely Pixie tending to some truly stunning flowers. "Oh hello! I'm Connor and I run the Seed shop where you can buy seeds and stuff. I'm pretty new here and I'm still getting to know everyone." The Pixie steps forward and starts to speak. "I'm Emmy. Nice to meet you. When you plant your seeds, they usually grow into beautiful flowers or really cool plants. But there is a small chance they could grow into a little Faerie or Pygmy dragon! They are pretty friendly, unless you don't water them often." Their statements was so adorable they practically was saying <3. "Oh yeah. We take pens. Uhh Pencils I mean. Sorry, everything is so different here!"
