E celtra are a tiny species discovered on a small island in an unnamed tropical sea. There are currently not many in existance. Their main body antomy is that of some kind of fox or slender wolf, though they also bear other, more strange traits, like a pair of feathered wings growing out from the sides of their head, covering their ears. Eceltra tend to be incredibly timid and shy and it is hard to catch them. Some variations may have not even been found yet, as the species may be too shy to show its face. It is thought Eceltra's name comes from a phrase made by the founder of the island. As quite an uncreative man, he ended up just calling them 'Ecetera'. The name eventually changed to Eceltra after people decided Ecetera was a bit too dull.
I will occasionally put up Eceltra for adoption, however you will not see what you have until you agree to adopt it. We will only give you basic information about its colour scheme - its markings and variation will not be revealed until the form is accepted.

There are four different variations of Eceltra. All Eceltra share common 'mutation', they have 'head wings' covering their ears, incredily small/no paws as they levitate usually instead of walk, and two tails.

~> Wings Eceltra. Most common (C) variety of Eceltra. They have a floating pair of wings, which seem to be just for display as these Eceltra do not levitate any differently to other variations. Rare (R) 'mutations' of this category are Eceltra with wings joined to their back (feathered/'bird' wings).

~> Ribbon Eceltra. These Eceltra are born with small holes in the wings on their head, and it became tradition for Eceltra of this kind to fill the holes with silver studs. The Eceltra higher up in the pack wear a long sash made out of a whiteribbon to show their status; it is unknown what started this habit. These Eceltra are not quite common, they are more Uncommon (U). Rare (R) 'mutations' of this category are Eceltra with different coloured ribbons (Eg Aqua, pink, red ect).

~> Angelic Eceltra. These Eceltra are born with a halo and usually also wear golden bangles on their tails to show their position in groups & packs. They aren't rare, just Uncommon (U) however there are less of them around than Wings and Ribbon Eceltra. Rare (R) 'mutations' of this category are Eceltra with silver halos. Very Rare (VR) 'mutations' of this category are Eceltra with different coloured Halos other than Silver and Gold (Eg Aqua, pink, red ect).

~> Dynamic Eceltra. By far the most beautiful and graceful species, these uncommon (U) Eceltra bond with others the easiest and therefore they are often given jobs like looking after the pups other Eceltra when they are busy and more. They have head wings, and another, giant-sized pair of angelic feathered wings on their back. Their tails are extra thick and long to help them keep their balance. They can fly at the second highest speed and height, overtaken only by the Urban Eceltra.

~> Blank Eceltra. Known like this as they seem to have no distinguishing 'add-on'. In fact, blank is the rarest variety of Eceltra (R) as most Eceltra are usually distinguishable. Very rare (VR) 'mutations' of this category are Eceltra with one or three tails instead of the usual two.

They have more birdlike features and their coat is not just fur but a mixture of feathers and fur. They are named after the bird of paradise. They are only able to produce one offspring each breed, regardless of potions.

~>Abyss Eceltra. A rare (R) variety of Eceltra about as common as the Paradise. They are incredibly evil and will only mate with others of their own kind, refusing to mate with Eceltra with good hearts. They only produce one pup per litter, regardless of berries and potions. They are always very dark coloured as they live in pitch-black crevices caused by long-ago Earthquakes and have no need for bright markings.


~> Heaven's Gate / HGate Eceltra. A rare (R) Eceltra, about as rare as an Abyss or Paradise, these Eceltra were originally common but driven to near-extinction by the Abyss Eceltra species who enslaved their race years ago. If they were not loyal to the Abyss they worked for, they were killed, and as a result they have grown into the most loyal breed of Eceltra. They are called Heaven's gate (shortened to HGate) as they have wings but cannot fly - instead, they use their wings to jump higher, as if they were jumping over the gates of heaven.


~> Dwarf Eceltra. A Very rare VR variation of Eceltra. They are not often found due to the fact that during breeding, 9 out of 10 times they will produce blanks, even when bred with another dwarf. There is still that very slim 1 in 10 chance to breed a dwarf, though. Incredibly cute and 100% tame, like Dynamics, they get along well with children.

~> Vapor Eceltra [Made by Whim]. A very rare (VR) Eceltra only just discovered - they lived in an alternate dimension for millions of years before they were finally discovered, now close to extinction. They have the power to take the souls of other Eceltra, leaving their bodies alive, but unconscious until it is returned. Most ride around on blue clouds, but the rarest and most fierce ride on ones of different, darker colours.

~> Urban Eceltra. An incredibly rare (IR) variation of the already-rare three-tailed mutation. They have never been seen before, but their existence has been confirmed. They are rumoured to have incredible intelligence and they build machines for all kinds of purposes like for hiding themselves, helping them to levitate higher and even to listen to music as humans do.


~> Ice Eceltra. The rarest variety (IR) of Eceltra, their existance is a mere myth.
