What are Filbii?
filbii are adorable puppers from the underwater world. they're very friendly creatures, and extraordinary swimmers! watch out though! their back is spiky like a sea urchin! however,they require a lot of care! filbii also love sea urchins! it's their favourite food. they're super fast and playful. their paws are made of water, so just know, once they're in your home, know that it will never ever be completely dry!

He's gonna be super e d g y. I'd like the fur to be black (or at least very dark grey), the gems and spikes to be blood red, a red x pattern on his fur (similar to the one with hearts), and I would like the water on his feetsies to be just normal water color (like clear or blue or smth). Also if it's alright, I want him to have piercings on his tail fin. As for any details I didn't mention, just put in what looks best for my edgy boi.
