what are felenis?
felenis are a small cat species that can
have various mutations/edits to their
genes and appearances. these cats came
from a scientific experiment to make
a single domesticated cat become a
weapon for the army. of course, the
testing failed, giving the cats weird
body mutations instead of powers and
a controllable nature. the cats also
were given different colored fur, instead
of a normal colored pelt. this adoption
center protects and preserves the cats,
allowing them to find homes and an
owner that will care for it. the first
mutated cat, Alune, was pronounced
the 'leader' or the 'queen' you could
say, of the felenis cats.

1. follow all of tess' rules
2. no arguing, being rude, or showing violence, this will result in a strike
3. feleni are not to be sold for any off-site currency or even on-site currency
although, you may trade them for coins or another felenis (with permission)
4. do not claim a felenis if you do not own it
5. you may adopt only one felenis per litter
6. do not mini-mod, these things are to be dealt with by mods and staff
who have that job
7. spam is not permitted on this thread, it includes bumping, advertising (if
you want to advertise another adoptable PM me and we will talk), off-topic
chat, congratulating, wishing good luck (that all can be done on the fanclub)
8. do not pressure staff, they all have lives, and if it is needed, can be
dealt with by me or other staff members
9. do not steal any designs/ideas/lineart from any staff, a result of doing
this could be a ban, most likely permanent
10. pm staff if you have any issues with these rules, someone is breaking
one or more, or you need help with anything, we will get back to you as soon
as possible

staff rules:
1. be kind to all adopters, even if
they are causing trouble
2. i expect a litter at LEAST once
a month for litter artists
3. if any artist vanishes without
informing me, i have the right to fire
them
4. line edits are not permitted
except with my permission
5. using a neon/pure black
color is not permitted, colors need
to be visible as well as the lines
6. a guest artists term ends
when they have made 3 litters,
each with up to 5 felenis, they
may revisit felenis as a guest artist
again after a month. they may be
promoted to artist IF they have
shown skill and promise

welcome to the staff page! for felenis to keep running like normal, i'll need
some help! below there are a few forms for different jobs. you can apply
for more than one if you wish! when you are finished, pm the forms to
myself and on a specific date, i will post the new staff for the center.
of course, you might not get in, and we do not tolerate any whining, and/
or arguing with the choices, being rude to the new staff, etc.

every staff will get one custom when they arrive, more customs could
be awarded to the staff member if needed. all staff will get a specific
amount of coins when they arrive as well.

a litter artist makes litters of 3-6 feleni, all with edits of their choice.
