xxxxxxxxng specifically at the bats. Here, most bats will decide to bond with certain hu
xxxxxxxxmans. They decided to put the bats up for adoption, and they're a very... uniqu

xxxxx​xxx❝ On this island, there's many species of bat. Each are generally unique, but can
xxxxx​xxxseem very similar to species off of this island. Every species has a rarity, and sc-
xxxxx​xxxientists mark the adoptable ones with colored chips in their ears. The chips are
xxxxx​xxxfor tracking and, of course, showing the rarity.
xxxxx​xxxScientists are often discovering more, that I won't show you until they do so, so
xxxxx​xxxkeep checking around here.

​Basic bats​ are the first bats that inhabited Gloomwood Forest. They are, well, basic. The green marks they are common.


​Tailless bats​ were the second to come to this island, are their orange chips marks they're uncommon. These are very
similar to the basic bats, just without tails. They oddly enough didn't really have a use for them.


​Vampire bats​ are not actual vampires. They just drink blood from other animals, and do not cause harm besides
maybe itching. They are uncommon orange.


​Fluffy bats​ are, you guessed it, very fluffy. These bats hibernate for a few days at a time during the summer, because th-
ey cannot stand the heat. Though uncommon, these guys almost always bond with humans. They like to annoy the scientists
until they take them to the adoption center. Fluffy bats are arguably the most clingy pet possible.


​Fruit bats​ are the fruit-eating bats of Gloomwind Forest. Well, some other bats eat fruit, but these guys only eat fruit.
They are marked with a pink chip, signaling they're rare.


​Long-tailed bats​ are marked with rare pink chips. They are very self-explanatory.


​Short-eared bats​ are bats with short ears. What a great name! Anyways, they can't hear very well and therefore are
rare, because it makes their echolocation not so useful. They are terrible hunters, causing some to starve. Owners often
have to feed them themselves so they won't face the fate of many wild short-eared bats.


​Feather-winged​ bats are, you guessed it, very rare and marked with a blue chip in their ears. They're a very odd species
and act more like birds, and scientists are puzzled on how and why they grew feathers. They don't fly as erratic and as skillful as most bats.


Horned bats are the second rarest species, along with the feather-winged bat, and marked with a blue chip. Their horns
are an oddity scientists don't quite understand, but they seem to do courtship very well.


​Mystical bats​ are mostly bats who don't fit into any of the above categories. They are marked with the mystical red chip,
and so far only one has been discovered. Guess.

Spiked collars come in any color. Even the spike color can be changed, but
then the spikes will usually be a pastel color.

Wing charm
Wing charms are a nice addition to any bat. Just make sure it doesn't tear
your wing! They're very similar to earrings. These come in any color and
each bat can have up to three.

These only come in an off-white color. Skull masks are a very interesting th-
ing to give your bat. Cool.

A wing band is a very special item! It is exclusive and it is unknown how to

With a breeding feather, you can breed your bats! On this island, it's different.
You give the feather to the male, and he'll do some courtship things with her -
it's different for everyone. If it's successful, you'll get a litter!

Bouncy beetle
Very bouncy. If you feed this beetle to your bat, they'll be bouncing off the walls!
It increases the height they bounce and the speed.
30 golden leaves

Loudspeaker
You can buy one of these at a time, and it lasts for three hunts. It increases the
chance of finding something during a hunt! Loudspeakers are especially handy for short-
eared bats.
