Hello, and welcome to the Fish Pond Galaxy!
This galaxy is a cluster of 6 planets that are mostly made of water that hold many types of fish species.
Please note, the planets were NOT made by me, I purchased them from a shop, click any one of them to visit that shop.

At the very center of this galaxy and the largest planet is Piscina.

Piscina is the first planet you would travel to in this cluster, as it is the home base of the galaxy. It has one rather large land mass that is somewhat shaped like a fish, and the rest of the planet is all water. In these waters are thousands upon thousands of fish, and sometimes you can take one home with you!

Feel free to explore the galaxy and travel from planet to planet as you wish, but first, you must visit the headquarters to learn about the rules of the galaxy and how to make sure you don't get banned from it!

As you enter headquarters, you are greeted by a kindly looking woman who hands you some pamphlets and says they are the rules and guidelines of the galaxy, as well as a guided map of the galaxy.

RULES PAMPHLET

1. as always, all CS rules apply
pretty self explanatory, make sure you are familiar with CS rules before posting in the forums!

2. no whining, begging, complaining or arguing
again, this is pretty self explanatory, for no reason should you ever whine, beg, complain or argue about anything in the shop to me or anyone else. If you are unsure if it falls under this category, then it probably does and you shouldn't post it! If I ask you to do something or inform you of your rule breaking, do not argue or complain about it, it is MY shop, they are MY rules, if you do not like them, you do not have to be here, but if you choose to take part in this shop, you will follow the rules and not question me when I remind you of rule breaking!

3. no stealing or editing in any way
please remember art theft is against CS rules and I do not give permission for anyone to use my art. This includes, but is not limited to, taking them and using them outside of CS, editing them in any way, using the shop images to make your own tank or taking any images that do not belong to you and using them for any reason whatsoever. If you are ever unsure if what you are doing is stealing, then it probably is and you shouldn't do it.

4. if you change your username, please tell me.
this should be self explanatory, but just in case it is not, this means that you should inform me personally of a username change. You can do so by posting here that you changed your username and what your old name was, or you can message me or post in the Fan Club. This is to ensure the archives stay up to date so I can find you when I need to add to your post, as well as ensures you do not get in trouble for theft for using images that are not archived under your name because you have not told me you changed it. This also means you may not participate in any events or post any forms until you have notified me of your username change. I reserve the right to disqualify you from any raffles, contests or events and take away any prizes if it is discovered you have not informed me of a username change.

5. No spamming or mini modding
spam includes, but is not limited to, double posting, bumping or any posts that do not pertain directly to the running of the shop. If you want to compliment the shop, say thanks for any reason, or post about the fish you have, you may do so in the fan club, not here! If you are unsure as to whether it is shop related or spam, then you should probably post it in the Fan Club just to be on the safe side. The main shop is for ordering and shop related issues. Mini modding is also a form of spam as it is only for the shop owner and any hired mods to remind people of the rules, so please leave it to us to take care of rule breakers.

6. Read everything, I do not like repeating myself!
self explanatory, but for a bit of information, this is here because I get tired of people asking questions that are answered here on the front page, or post things they shouldn't because they didn't read the instructions. I don't waste my time typing up information here just to have to repeat it because people don't want to read through to find their answers. Therefore, if you ask a question that has an answer already, you will be directed to read the front page, I will not repeat myself. This also includes making sure to keep up with my posts, as the shop owner, I may make special announcements in my posts, it is your responsibility to read the shop owners posts and make note of pertinent information. Sometimes during events, I make special posts and give out prizes to those who actually read my posts!

7. Code Drops
I do code drops giving you the exact code to use for displaying your fish that includes a link back to the shop. You must always keep the link back to the shop with your fish! Code drops for litters, the pound and fish won while fishing will be done in the shop, you must watch for them yourself. Codes for any of the forms posted from the shop, as well as customs and offspring from breedings, will be PMed to you. You must wait to display your fish or order anything for it until I have done the code drop. I have my reasons for this and I do not need to go into detail about it, just know that by me doing the code drop, that is my consent that the fish is now officially yours. Please note that if you put the fish in your signature or anywhere else before I have done a code drop, that is considered stealing as you have not been given permission yet to post it. If you miss a code drop, try using the search function, I always put your username with the image in code drops, or you can grab it from the archives, just please be sure to read the first post for information on how to do that.

8. Giving fish away
If you no longer want your fish, you can give them to a friend, but you must discuss it with me first! You may also give them up to the pound for me to re-adopt out or look for trades in the Fan Club. But under no circumstances are you to try and re-adopt them out to others on your own. That is considered stealing and will be reported as such.

9. Post forms AS IS, no altering them
This means simply copy and paste the code I provide and enter the required information, and do not change the layout/coloring/size or anything else in any way, including spacing the lines out, that just creates unnecessarily long posts and is not needed! Please also remove anything in the form that is in parentheses (), information in the parentheses is there to help you with how to fill out the form, but is not needed when you post the form, it just gets in my way of reading the pertinent information! Any forms that do not follow this rule will be denied as invalid.

I reserve the right to add rules at any time if I see fit to do so.
So please read them from time to time to make sure you are up to date!

There is a list of users with Strikes/Bans in the Fan Club, it would be helpful for members to read the information in that post to know what may happen if you break the rules!

In a room to the left of the lobby is an aquarium, this is where you will find litters when there are any available.

Tabernam (shop)

This planet is where you would travel to if you want to purchase tanks or decorations for your fish. You will also find forms here for filling out if you wish to use items from your inventory or add a fish to an existing tank, please use them.

Amare (breeding)

This planet is where you take your fish if you wish for them to breed.
Please be sure to read all information and make sure it is open before traveling there.

Hospitium (pound)

This planet is where unwanted fish end up. If there are any fish here, please be sure to follow all rules for adopting.

Ritus (customs)

This is the planet has the customs laboratory. Please be sure there is availability before traveling here and follow all rules and fill forms out completely and accurately.

In the lobby of the Piscina Headquarters is a bulletin board,
on it there seems to be a list of the different species of fish discovered in the galaxy.




In November of 2015 some non-fish species were discovered in the waters of Piscina
They are Very Rare and are not breedable or available through customs.

it has a top fin that remarkably resembles candles on a cake,
and it's marking on it's back and top of tail fin resemble icing on a cake
there are only 3 in existence at this time

In a room to the left of the lobby in Piscina Headquarters is an Aquarium room,
There is a gentleman here wiping down the glass of the tanks,
he informs you this is where you would come to see if there are any fish available for adoption.
He then points you to a bulletin board and says those be the rules of adoption.

First come first serve (FCFS) litters are the most common, please follow these rules...
1. You may NOT edit your forms, edited forms WILL be denied.
2. If there is a name next to the fish you want, that means it's already claimed, do not ask for it.
3. forms that include more than one choice will be denied.
4. Please make sure to fill out forms fully and accurately or they may be denied.
5. you may only claim one per litter, unless noted otherwise.

There are also Raffle litters from time to time, here is what you need to know...
there will only be 10 spots per bowl available, unless noted otherwise. Once the deadline arrives, or all spots are filled for each fish, I will use random.org to determine the winner of each one. You may only enter for one and you can NOT change your mind after I have added you to the list. You may edit your forms as long as I haven't accepted it yet and added you to the list, or declined it for any reason. If it is declined and needs fixing, you will need to repost it with the change. You may not pick your own number, slots will be filled in order of posts, sorry.

Contest fish may pop up from time to time, but are very rare and usually only for special events.
Each one will have different rules you will need to follow.

Please remember, fish do not belong to you until I have done the code drop,
do not take the images until then and make sure to keep the shop link attached!

A beautiful planet with rainbow water and 3 continents. The smallest of them, on the left, is where you will find the bank. The next largest, on the right, is where the Tabernam Archives is located. Finally, the largest of these three islands, at the top, is where you will find the various shops that sell things for your fish!

Tabernam Bank

Fish Flakes is the currency used here in the Fish Pond Galaxy, to get fish flakes, you trade me your unwanted CS pets for them. Once you have some fish flakes in your bank account, you can use them to purchase items at the shop.

Please see the exchange guide below to determine how many flakes your pets are worth, do not send me any rarities not listed in this exchange, that means I do not want them and your trade will be sent back to you to be edited.

Common=1 flake + 1 for each year older it is
Unknown=5 flakes
Uncommon=10 flakes + 5 for each year older it is
1C$/Newborns* (meaning it has not started growing yet)=15 flakes
Rare=30 flakes + 15 for each year older it is

Welcome to Amare


A beautiful pink planet with three rings. These are the breeding waters of the galaxy. Whenever owners want to breed their fish, this is where they bring them. The magical properties of the three rings enhance fertility on this planet and also enhance genetic modification for mixed species breedings.

On the largest of islands on this planet is where you land, here there is a welcome center.
Please be sure to step inside and read up on breeding policies and rules.

Fish are not gender specific, any two can breed together.
However, there are two different kinds of breeding, normal breeding for two fish of the same species
and mutation breeding for two fish of different species.

The normal breeding is quite simple, you breed two of the same species fish and the offspring will be that species.

Mutation Chamber Breeding Information
The mutation chamber breedings are for two different species fish and each offspring has a 10% chance of being a mutant. Which means it will have a mix of the parents fins! You can buy mutation pellets in the shop, these will increase the odds for each offspring. Mutant fish are considered UR as they are never released in litters, they can only be obtained by breeding two different species fish! Mutant fish can breed, but only in the mutation chambers. Keep in mind if you breed two that are combinations of the same species, you may end up with a normal species fish as a result of mutation!

Breedings produce two offspring, but can be more if breeding pellets from the shop are used, however, you may only use one green or red pellet per breeding! There are different rules for the breeding pellets when breeding with another user, so please read that information below. You CAN use more than one pellet per breeding, just not the green and red ones.

Each user may only have ONE breeding tank/chamber at a time, this includes if you are part of a multiple owner breeding, both users may not have another breeding space until the joint breeding is complete.

Breeding your own two fish together is pretty simple, just post the form and I will add your fish to a tank/chamber, just make sure there is an available tank/chamber below! After a few days, you will get a code drop for your offspring.

Multiple Owner Breeding Information
When breeding with another users fish, make sure you have obtained permission from that user. You can find breeding partners over in the fan club. Once you have found a breeding partner, one of you will need to fill out and post the form, then the other will need to quote it letting me know they agree to it, I will not accept the breeding until they do so. Each user will need to have enough fish flakes for half the breeding price unless mentioned otherwise, that means whoever pays for the whole breeding is entitled to BOTH eggs and will be up to them to decide if they want to share. For this type of breeding I will allow each user the option to use a green pellet, but not a red pellet. The reason for this is that I don't want there to be more than 4 fish from any breeding. If however, one user does not want to use a pellet, then the other may use a red pellet and is entitled to BOTH extra eggs and is up to them if they want to share them. Please make sure to work all this out before posting the forms so there is no confusion later. I expect both users to choose amongst themselves who gets which fish without fighting over it. If both users want the same fish and you are having a hard time deciding, feel free to request my help with that.

The more distance there is between the two different rarities, the higher the chance is of it being the lower rarity. Here is a breakdown of the percentages...

Welcome to Hospitium

A lovely planet with silvery purple water, dark grey land and two purple rings. The rings of the planet offer a serene protective property over it. Fish found here have been returned or abandoned by their owner and are in need of a peaceful atmosphere until they find a new home.

There are a few different ways fish could end up here, these are just some of the ways, but is not limited to these...

1. an owner decides they no longer want their pets and drop them off here.
2. leftovers from a litter that did not get claimed get shipped here.
3. pets owned by banned or inactive users get sent here.

These are NOT first come first serve. I want to make sure they go to good homes since they have had a rough start by ending up here! Therefore you will need to answer some questions and I will decide who gets to take them home. I do base my decision on the amount of effort put into the form and how you answer. Even if a fish only has one person applying for it, that does not mean it will go home with that person if I do not like their form or think they will make a good home, so keep that in mind when filling out your form!

You may NOT change your mind after your form has been accepted and added to this post. You may edit them up until the point I add them, but not after, so please be sure you really want the one you are filling out a form for.

Please make sure you really do want the fish you are applying for here, if I see them go up for trade or you send them back to the pound later on down the road, you will be banned from adopting from the pound ever again. So do not just apply for one just because you want a fish or to use to trade for something else, be sure you actually like the looks of it and want to keep it!

Every time the pound opens there will be a different set of rules for each fish or set of fish, so please read carefully each time!

Welcome to Ritus

A planet with silvery water and one large black land mass. The waters of this planet hold special white versions of all the species of Piscina and the land is home to scientists who can take these white fish and give them color based on your own desires.

Upon landing on the island, the first thing you see is a large laboratory. Inside the main entrance you find yourself in a room with bulletin boards on the left wall, a help desk to the right and a back wall made of glass. Through this glass you see many lab stations and scientists moving about, creating specially colored fish for people.

Please make sure to read over the information on the bulletin boards,
as it is most important and needed to correctly place an order.
Once you have read everything, please fill out your form and leave it at the desk for processing, thank you.

There are two types of customs you can order, simply colored and uniquely designed.

this option is mostly for those who just want a fish, but haven't had any luck with litters and who don't want to spend much.

Uniquely designed
means you get complete creative control, whatever design and colors you want as long as it follows a couple guidelines.
1. no line edits, at all, you can only choose between the normal common to rare species.
2. no requesting characters that do not belong to you, such as movie or game characters.

He will be mostly doing the uniquely designed orders and I will be focusing on the simply colored ones.

Welcome to Capiens

A planet with earth like coloring, However it only has one large land mass and then many tiny islands.
The large land mass is where you would land here, and there is a building that says 'Information Center'.
You head inside and read the information there.

This planet is where people come to go fishing. During these trips they may go home with fish, items or even fish flakes, or they may go home empty handed, it's all luck! It's also only open for visitors at certain times, so please do not attempt to go fishing if the islands are closed.

When fishing is open, all you need to do is fill out a form and you will be shipped off to an island for a day of fishing.
Please be sure to follow these few rules though...
1. You can only fish once every 24 hours, this means you must wait at least 24 hours from the time you posted your form last.
2. Fishing results are completely random, do not complain or whine about your results.
3. Do not hint in any way to what you are hoping to get from your results, your post will be ignored.

Please use the form as is, do not make any changes to it or it will be ignored!
