Important Notes:

Each Sled Pup is available through a raffle format. This means that Sled Pups that are adopted are free. If you wish to watch this thread for when a new litter is released please bookmark this thread. You may only adopt one Sled Pup from each litter.

You are only allowed 10 Sled Pups at one time. The first six Sled Pup slots are free, but slots 7-10 must be purchased from the store. If you want to adopt any more than that, you will have to put one of your other Sled Pups back up for adoption. If this is the case, please message me!

Is your Sled Pup in love? Looking for your Sled Pup to have a litter of its own? Look here!

Sled Pups usually have a litter of 1-3 pups, however sometimes there can be more! It can take up to a week for pups to be born, but some have been known to give birth in less than a day!

Important Notes:

Once you fill out the form for your Sled Pup breeding please either send payment equivalent to the price of the breeding pup or let me know in the form if you are using your banked Fishbones.

Remember, you are only allowed 10 Sled Pups at one time. If you want to keep one of the pups in your litter and have 10 pups already, you will have to put one of your other Sled Pups back up for adoption. If this is the case, please message me!
Only 3 litters may happen at a time. Your Sled Pups have to mate with a Sled Pup of the opposite gender and it must be another Sled Pup of yours, or you and another Sled Pup owner must be in agreement to have a mated pair.

If there is more than one user in the breeding, the litter is guaranteed at least two offspring—one for each user, although more can be produced.

Please note that the offspring will have combined aspects of each parents. However, mutations, Sled Pup linages, and hidden traits can occur with offspring that may produce a completely different coloration or a different trait than the parental pair has for the tail or ears.

Each user involved may only keep one Sled Pup from the litter (you are in charge of deciding who gets 1st and second choice between two users). The others will be put up for regular adoption and can be adopted by anybody.

Customs Info

Wanting a Sled Pup, but haven't seen the perfect one or have an idea you haven't seen yet? Then this is for you!

Customs will be completed three at a time. The completion list will be below. The list is first come/first serve basis and once the list is filled there will be no waitlist, so you must reapply once a spot has opened. You may only fill out the form once during an open spot session.

Customs will follow the regular Sled Pups rules of natural colorations and designs. I will not be making a custom of your pink and yellow striped fursona, for example. You may have a natural designed character be created as a Sled Pup, however. If you have any questions about a customization of a character please message me.

Please note that due to the size of the Sled Pups, intricate designs will not show up well. Solid colors/ spots look best.If you do not have an image I can reference you may describe the design, but please be as descriptive as possible. I will do my best to match the description/image provided in a design.

As of now, special lines that I create to release Special litters will not be used for customs. There will be special events in which you can win a custom that has line edits, but that is the only case in which special lines (corgis, pugs, etc.) will be used.

Common Questions

Below are either questions I have received numerous times, or believe are good to answer that are not covered in the above sections.

Q: What are the rarities of the ear and tail varieties?
A: Officially there is no rarity, I just wanted some different options. However, looking at which I favor least would definitely be the pulled back ears, so I guess you could consider that the most rare.

Q: Do items not give fishbones?
A: Since items are so variable in quantity/rarity I don't have a price list for them. There will probably be specials for them later on as well. If you would like to send a trade with items I am more than willing to give you an FB price for them, however I only really am looking for wishlist items.

Q: Does a custom count as your 10th pup?
A: Yes it does. 10 pups total (including breeding and customs) are the max you may have.

Q: Can customs breed?
A: The short answer is yes! The longer answer is that if the custom Sled Pup is created straight from a character of yours the litter will most likely only have 1 outcome due to the specialness of one or more of the parents.

Q: How do I get more Sled Pup slots after my first 6?
A: To get more Sled Pup slots so that you may own more than 6 Sled Pups (the max is 10) you have to purchase more Sled Pup slots from the store. To do this, post the form on the thread that you want another slot. Please be sure of your decision as you will not be reimbursed for a later date of your slot purchase if you have less Sled Pups than the number of slots you own. When you purchase an extra slot I will update the archive with an igloo next to your name for each new slot you purchase (max 4).

Events Page!
This will be the place to look for any Sled Pups events that occur! They may be completely special to Sled Pups or coincide with site events!

How do you participate in the event?

The event will last anywhere from 3 days to a week or longer. During this time special items and other Sled Pup deals will be released. If the event coincides with a CS event, most likely the payment for these items will be tokens from the CS event, thus your fishbones can be saved for other items!

Anything produced through an event will be limited edition and will only be available during the course of the event. Afterwards it will be retired to the Sled Pups item archive found HERE. Once the event is over these items will be gone, so get them while they last!
