We're moving threads!! Slight changes will happen, nothing big.

Unity City will be moving threads! This was
a partner project that has been running solo
for quite some time, and it's time to move
forward- no stopping, and no more slowing
down. Full speed ahead- but first, before we
put the pedal to the metal, things need to
happen.

It's going to take a little bit of time to
move and settle into the new thread, so I
have to ask you to be patient with me. The
set up will likely undergo some change
during this move, though it will remain
mostly what you've known it to be.

There will also be mass litters made in
preparation for this- including the ones
I've been preparing secretly for the last
few months.

Unity City
Welcome to Harmony Island

Unity City is the second largest city on Harmony Island. The entire island is home to both people and Uni, the plural word for Unix. Uni are feline-like creatures, some with mysterious powers. In the wild they are naturally protective and anxious, some will react in violence while others are rather shy and sweet, even some are very confident and curious. Uni can be befriended however, and once befriended they are like guardians, it's always helpful to have one with you since they are extremely loyal.

Harmony Island also has many other towns and cities, Song Village was home to the first settlers. Melody town was the second resident area after that to be constructed on Harmony, and is hoe to many small Unix. The biggest city on Harmony is Discordia, the capitol of the island. Discordia is home to some of the largest Uni that have been discovered so far, and is home to the most residents of the island. Unfortunately, you've arrived on the docks of Unity City at a bad time.

Currently, the roads and trails are over run with feral- or wild- Uni, some that are vicious, and potentially very dangerous. Explorers go out once in a while in threes to check to see if the Uni have cleared out yet. Sometimes they return with items they find dropped from fleeing residents or stolen by the wild Uni, even bringing back befriended or tamed Uni they find in their travels.

Artists
-1 Litter per week
-Inactive artists are listed as Temporary Artists
-Artists may propose events to the admin/co-admins
-Artists get two OU (Original Uni) each (these are Agender)
-Artists keep the entire outcome of their own purchased breedings
-Artists are not moderators, they cannot mini-mod
-Do not base litters off of anything (books, movies, people)
-All your designs must be your own
-4-5 Uni per litter
-There is no reserving by artists
-You can only ask to reserve during streams
-Artists are free to adopt from other artists' litters

Uni Species and Subspecies

Uni come in many unique species, which with time will be all discovered eventually. This chart will tell you what each Species and Subspecies your Uni are. Subspecies are generally similar among the different Main Species, however some Subspecies are exclusive to their main Species.

Dominant Uni


Domestic Dominant
These Uni are the first Species to
be tamed, they are very protective
and friendly!


Flutterby Dominant
These Uni are the second Species to
be tamed, they are very shy and
maybe a bit socially anxious.


Bun Dominant
These Uni are the third Species to
be tamed, they are very bubbly
and outgoing, and love to
socialize and play!


Mermaid Dominant
These Uni are the fourth Species to
be tamed, they are quiet but social
and are often mistaken for their
close cousins, Sirens.



Fish Dominant
These Uni are the fifth Species to
be tamed, they are very bubbly
and happy, but can be protective
over people and possessions,
especially around other fish.


Siren Dominant
These Uni are the sixth Species to
be tamed, they can be very angry
and unsociable at first, but warm
up to others very quickly, they
differ from their cousin mermaids
because they love to sing. They
use their voice to lure others when
they are lonely.


Clairvoyant Dominant
These Uni are the eighth Species to
be tamed, they are definitely social
butterflies, but they are also very
sassy in their own right. It's said
that they can see visions of the
future, usually only a day or so.

These Uni are the ninth Species to
be tamed, they are very sweet and
quiet creatures, they have very
beautiful voices and love to sing
when they are alone or with
someone they trust. They can be
troublesome because of their
strong curiosity. They can sense
the aura of gems and jewels.

Domestic Sidhe
These Uni are the tenth Species to
be tamed, they are very protective
and stubborn as well. They are
usually only found in wild reserves,
however some have been found in
much tamer areas. They have
a strong sixth sense- a sense for
truth and honesty.

Harmony Island has a trading system- instead of money, we use apples () which grow plentiful on the trees of the Northern Opal Fields. On Harmony, money really does grow on trees!

Candi
Candi are sugary sweet crystal-like fruit that when traded with artists will allow for gender swaps, breedings, or even customs. Us artists really like the Candi-d fruit on Harmony~ (I appologize for the image error you may have seen here, I believe the link I was using for the Raspberry Candi was glitched. I have fixed it now)

Customs
Do you want a customized little Unix of your own, or even a custom pair to breed? You came to the right place! Here, you can use Candi- items from the shop or found exploring- to get a personalized Unix or Uni pair. A Basic Custom order will get you a custom with one item and small line edit. An Elaborate Custom order will get you a custom pair with one item each and a small line edit each, or one custom with several items, any line edit, and an animation.

To get a custom, you need to have
either an Elaborate Candi or Basic Candi. These
are the items that you purchase or find that are
used as vouchers to get your Unix.

Your order form must be posted to the topic with
a drawn reference and a detailed description of
anything not shown on that reference.

Make sure the artist you want to do your custom
is available to do customs, if the waiting list slots
(four and five) say CLOSED, it means this particular
artist doesn't do a waiting list, you can't ask for art
from them until they finish the three main slots.

If you are entering for a waiting list slot, the
fourth or fifth slot, then you need to post the
waiting list form, not a custom form. You
post your order after the first three slots are
completed by the artist.

Artists can also specify if they are accepting
Basic or Elaborate only orders or waiting list
forms. Please pay attention for that~

Any and all orders saying "for when you open" will
be turned down and/or ignored.

Any items or animations you want from the shop
needs to be put in "Other" on the form.

Also yes, the tiny code words are references to
Wade and Dlive/Olive. They're great people~

UR Event Uni will be here for auction, bidding will be done with CS pets so we can link the bids. You can also find confiscated Uni here, banned members will have all their Uni confiscated where others who receive too many warnings will get one pet taken for every three rules after the initial three. You cannot attempt to adopt a Unix confiscated from you, that Unix will go to a person whom has not owned it before.

Pageants are Community Voted, there will be a poll for people to vote on this. One Unix will be voted out each round, each round you re-enter your Unix (in order to put on new items and the sort) and the next round begins.
