JBD Contest

Jellybean Dragons are a furry dragon subspecies, best known for their generally mild behavior, pouch, tufted tail, and furry upper lip. They feed on a variety of foods, excluding any type of meat. Their diets depend on the environment they live in. Jellybean Dragons are highly adaptable and can live in almost any environment. They have a language of their own (only spoken, not written) and are able to learn other languages. Sizes and body build vary with every bean; most adults grow as big as a Great Dane, while others reach the size of a cow/bull.

It's been AGES since I designed a bean and made a contest, so here's one for you to try out for.
This bean's design is based on a Torogoz, my country's national bird. For this contest, please fill out the form and complete it, so your entry is eligible for judging. You may pretty up your form to your liking, as long as you DO NOT add new sections to your form. Adding extra sections to your form will disqualify you.

Fernando is as bright as the paintings by Fernando Llort, he simply radiates joy. He is incredibly kind, always apt to help out, even if the person in need of help has been rude to him. If someone he knows to be happy is sad, he will do everything in his power to make them joyous again. If Fernando fails to make them happy, it depresses him greatly.

Though, he doesn't do well with permanently crabby JBDs, Fernando hates speaking to or even being in the same room as negative Jellybean Dragons. Negativity makes Fernando irritable, a feeling he despises.

Fernando is quite random, and unfocused. He can focus on some things, making his friends happy again, and Pupusas. Besides that Fernando cannot stay focused, and will randomly walk away from what he is doing.

Gorrión is an aspiring photographer aiming to improve his knowledge of the world, nature, animals, and mainly birds. He is an avid bird-watcher and absolutely loves photographing them, especially in their natural habitat. He can get nervous about sharing his work, particularly with strangers, but in the end he's proud of it. He is a native Spanish-speaker; he only began learning English a few years ago, and isn't quite fluent. He's self-conscious about his bad English, but also wants to travel more to improve it. He tends to keep to himself, although he's open and happy when he's with his close friends. Gorrión is an optimist and a realist, and in general a very positive bean. A small sparrow that he befriended, whom he affectionately calls Pluma, accompanies him sometimes on his photography excursions.

El Salvador is a kind gentleman with a passion for bullfighting. He likes to crack jokes about things such as the bulls in the ring or just something silly like burritos, he tries to make them suiting for everyones humor but doesn't always succeed. He is a pretty popular male with the women, this has lead to many angry boyfriends coming after him. Although he bullfights, he is generally a sweet bean with a deep silky voice, one that gives off his native Spanish accent. This and his general kindness and respect for women is what attracts the ladies.
Not everyone is perfect, this saying goes to El Salvador as well. He may seem to be a huge dreamboat to many, but those who have stayed a visit with this bean have learned that he does have a temper. "One of a raging bull!" They say, and El Salvador will admit he does, for he does not like to mislead people.

Visiting El Tunco Beach, El Salvador loves the salty air and green trees. He enjoys climbing the large rocks and jumping from them into the ocean, he also likes to try to skip stones at dusk, the reflection of the large, mango sun rippling in the water as it sets behind the waves.

Homemade queso pupusas in the morning. He makes these near every morning with a side an occasional side of rice and mango juice, he makes them to keep his family's tradition in heart. The recipe was passed down to him by his mother.

Fernando Llort's art, he has a few paintings by him in his small home. They brighten up his wall as well as put some culture into his abode. He also has dishes that he painted while inspired by his art.

Bullfighting is something El Salvador loves to do, it is his heart passion. He goes to any fight he can get into, he likes to rile up the bulls for a great adrenaline rush with a bit a danger and adventure.

Farmlands, forests, beaches, deserts, near anything outdoors!

This gentleman likes to be treated the way he treats others, and that is with respect.

The waterfalls and beautiful scenery of Juayúa , El Salvador. He likes to sit apon the rocks and watch the water, as well as go for a nice swim.

His pet chicken Pimienta, he can not help but to just love chickens because of her.

His home country of El Salvador, he loves the scenery of his home no matter if it is pretty crowded. He was named after it after all, and he has pride for his country.

Women, he has a deep respect for them.

Rude and disrespectful beans are what El Salvador hates the most.

Being sick, he hates getting sick because he cannot bullfight.

Cars. He feels as though they pollute the land and would rather walk or bike to his destination.

Big cities, he likes the freedom of the open farmland and beaches, as well as desert and jungles.

Disrespect

Those who brag. He can not stand these beans, he believes there is no need in bragging.

Beans who do not treat a woman right will be sure to get a good talking to. He hates those who disrespect women, for no woman should have to deal with disrespect or a heart-ache.

Littering and un-properly discarded trash makes him sick, he loves the wildlife and hates to see it destroyed by inconsiderate beans.

Thieves and liars

His pet chicken Pimienta. As much as he loves her, she is a huge pain and often runs through the streets or into the neighbors houses, causing a huge commotion as well as some heated arguments.

Miguel is a thrillseeker of smaller proportions. He enjoys being exposed to the elements and everything mother nature can throw at him- including storms. Miguel finds his kicks in chasing the storms that frequent the tropics of El Salvador; the howling winds and pelting rain only encourages him! Although Miguel is a thrillseeker, he is nothing if an under-socialized hermit in public. He despises being in crowds, or having attention on him. He only ventures into the city of El Salvador for one thing; food! He loves the taste of cheese filled pupusas, and even confronts his relishing hate of crowds to purchase a supply to tide him by until the next time he absolutely needs to fulfill the duty of food and other necessities.

Before you say anything- Miguel loves putting those big ears of his to use! Miguel has always been a listener more than a talker. He enjoys just sitting back and listening to other's conversation. Eavesdropping? Yes, Miguel is guilty of doing it whenever he ventures into town for long enough to do so. He just finds a fascination in knowing other's business, as horrible as that sounds. He kind of keeps tabs on some citydwellers he sees frequently in the marketplace that he buys his pupusas from.

Although Miguel is scared of crowds, he does enjoy talking to others, and even becomes slightly flirtatious around females. He isn't exactly socially outgoing, but being able to talk to someone ( which he can sometimes go months without doing ) is something he enjoys to the fullest extent. Just having someone ready and willing to talk to this mysterious, brightly colored bean is a shock; someone who wants to listen to his stormy escapades? Someone who shares his fear of confrontation and crowds? Miguel would probably marry them on the spot.

Because of his personality, Miguel is considered a mystery. Children talk about the bird bean that visits the city to buy pupusas and wood, and adults often give him odd looks.

During the dry season that comes around ( much to Miguel's distaste ) every year, he forces himself out of the comforting rainforest in which he stays for the wet season, and over to El Tunco beach. During this time, he finds himself designing and painting brightly colored surfboards! He sells them to tourists that flock to the beach, although he often just leaves a sign on the table he leans these surfboards on and just keeps watch for theft- away from the crowds.
