Recently, a species strongly resembling both cats and foxes was found, and we're here to bring them to you!
Because of their resemblance to cats and foxes, as well as their tiny size, they have been dubbed "Mini Fox-Cats," sometimes abbreviated as "MFCs" or "Mini FCs." They are surprisingly intelligent for their size, and although few tests have been done to determine their exact intelligence, they are currently ranked alongside elephants, one of the smartest animals of the world. The typical MFC is about 10 inches tall and weighs anywhere from six to ten pounds, but some have been recorded up to 20 inches, 18 pounds, although this is not very common. There are rumors that they possess mild psychic abilities, but none have been confirmed.
A litter of Mini Fox-Cats usually contains about six kits, but mothers can give birth to anywhere from two to eight babies at a time. MFC kits will stay with their mother until she kicks them out when they reach maturity, at about four months of age. The average lifespan of a MFC is 16 years, but in captivity they are known to live much longer. There is no "general personality" of the breed, as each MFC has a unique way of acting.

1) Never post your MFC without an embedded link, or an accompanying link to this thread. If you are found posting your MFC without a link, all of your MFCs will be confiscated and put in the pound, and you will receive a permanent ban.
2) Never claim the art as yours. If you claim the art as yours, your MFC(s) will be confiscated and put in the pound, and you will receive a permanent ban.
3) Do not edit the image of your MFC. If you do so, you will receive a warning, and the second time you are found doing so, your MFC(s) will be confiscated and put in the pound, and you will receive a permanent ban. (Adding different accessories if you draw your MFC somewhere else is alright)
4) If you draw your MFC, include a link back to the thread. You will receive a warning the first time, and a to be determined punishment any additional times.
5) Take only one MFC each litter.
6) If you release a pet to the pound, you may not take a pet from the next litter.
7) Check the pet's gender symbol, if it has one! The form only has a gender section because my artists usually leave theirs undetermined.
8) No WIP forms if you don't plan on ever editing them! If you want to get a pet you really want you can post a form with the basic information and then immediately go in and edit the personality part that's fine, but anything else is probably a no.
Respect the word of all mods. If you have a question, PM me.

Fox Tailed MFC-
- This is the most basic MFC variation. They are extremely common within the breed, and given their name for the general shape of their tail.

Cat Tailed MFC-
- This variation of MFC is somewhat uncommon, but they are not hard to find. They are given their name for the general shape of their tail.
