"Whoah, watch where you're going, buddy!"

You pause as a large, canine-like creature pads back. You smile, seeing that
it has a balloon on it. "Sorry," The creature dips it's head. "It's fine. Anyway,
what were you looking for?" You think for a moment, trying to remember a
name. "I think it is called the BPC. Balloon something adoption center, I think?"
The animal grins. "Oh, the Balloon Pup Center? I actually run it! It's right over
there, shall I lead the way? I was walking there any way. I just have to get some-
thing really quickly." You nod quickly and the creature runs to a tree, grabbing
a scroll that he'd stuck in a branch. "Mlay, lmets gowe," He mumbles through the
large piece of paper. When you arrive, you see a lot of the creatures walking around.
"We're actually the ones being adopted. Care to choose one? We're pretty intelligent
but we are still domesticated animals! We're, big surprise, called Balloon Pups!"

The Balloon Pup gives you the script. "Nobody likes reading them, and I don't like writing
them, but we still have to have them. When you've finished, hopefully you can adopt!" He
smiles and pads off to a desk, looking closely at a computer.

- Respect all staff and members.
- Do not ask to be staff.
- I reserve the right to add to or edit these rules at any time.
- Artists must PM me at least one litter [four or more BPs] a week.
- Do not pester the staff.
- No begging.
- No WIP forms.
- You may only own seven BPs.
- If you are not active with your BP [put it in your signature, roleplay it, make art of it,
etc,] I will put it up for re-adoption. You don't have to prove to me that you are using it as you
may be using it offline, but if I PM you you have to answer.
- Mascots are not for sale.
- I'll try to make an event for most holidays. If I don't, I might just be caught up in doing the
event in real life.
