Muffin Kittens

What is a Muffin Kitten?
Muffin Kittens, or Crustum catus, are small, catlike animals that live in muffins. They were first discovered by a worker of Norty Inc. and have been deemed as a domestic species. They are not unlike hermit crabs, only completely leaving a muffin when they're too big, and it's appropriate housing to keep multiple muffins of different sizes in their homes.
Muffin kittens can go from the size of an adult hummingbird at birth to the size of a normal housecat's kitten.

Rules

Hiya! I'm Alvin, the chief of The Muffin Kittens Police Squad. Even if you don't intend on breaking them, I'd like you to read these simple rules!
And remember, Tess' rules apply everywhere!
Rules for Adoption:
1. One Muffin Kitten per Litter.
2. Please don't steal Muffin Kittens.
3. Don't be rude if you don't get one, either. It's not nice to the person who got the one you wanted!
Rules for mods:
1. Please be active.
2. Don't vote a strike for someone who hasn't done anything!
3. Abuse of your power could result in either a strike or ban.
Rules for artists:
1. Don't throw together some colors that won't even look nice together!
2. Tip, try using color groups. Such as opposite colors, all cool colors, vice versa.
3. Don't use blood, scars are fine!
4. If you have the ability, animating is fine.
(Other rules may be added, if needed.)

Strikes/Bans

Three strikes and you're banned, unless comitting a serious rulebreak!
There is no strikes yet, keep it that way!
If you're banned, you're not allowed to adopt a Muffin Kitten again!
Nobody's banned yet, let's keep it that way!
