Chinchia are little chinchillas found only in one tree in the whole of the Amazon jungle. The 'chia' comes from there extremely small size, varying from three to five inches tall. They still remain mostly a mystery to us, but it was found that taking them and giving them happy, loving homes makes the cute little fluffballs much easier to study, breed, and research. All Chinchia come from the Chinchia Tree, where they almost seem to drop from the leaves like acorns in fall. Maybe, if you are lucky, you can catch a Chinchia of your own!

Read on to learn about these adorable creatures, and maybe adopt your own.

1. Chinchias are owned and created by Jayjay's-Pie, you may not steal the concept or the lineart for any reason.
2. You may not complain in any way if you did not get a Chinchia.
3. Do not pressure our artists in any way, wether it be bribing or threatening.
4. Do not make rude comments towards other people in any way.
5. Do not steal any designs found on any Chinchias, wether you own the design or not.
6. I reserve the right to confiscate your Chinchia for any reason I see fit.
7. You may not make your own Chinchias, or 'breed' Chinchias you own.
8. When a moderator tells you to stop, you stop. Their word is law.
9. No mini-modding. Ever.
10. Do not quote your own post, unless it is to fix an adoption form for a Chinchia. We will see it.
11. By no means may you take it upon yourself to take over the species. I created Chinchias, they belong to me.
12. You may not feature any Chinchia you do not own in your signature, any forums (on and off Chickensmoothie), or in any other design.

Here is where you might get lucky and adopt your own Chinchia!

Hi! My name is Kia, and I am the mascot here at the Chinchia Tree. I'm going to walk you through adopting a Chinchia, so pay attention! All the type in bold is me speaking, so pay special attention to that.

Chinchia adopted from litters are free!
When a litter is open, fill out the form
below the litter and hope that you
were the first to post. You may
not put 'Wip' in your form anywhere,
no exceptions. Fill out the form
completely, or you will not win
a Chinchia.

Until they become more well
known, there will be one litter
per week.

You may not adopt Chinchia from
two litters in a row, for example
if you adopt a chia from Litter One,
you must wait for Litter Three to
adopt again.

You also may not adopt more than
one chia per litter. Make sure it's your
favorite!

Your form will be ignored if it is edited.
Fill it out completely before you post.

Good luck adopting, and remember
to have lots of fun!
