[color=#2b4281]~*~What are Cabals?~*~
Cabals are a genetically engineered breed of cats.
They were created for a smaller size, playfulness,
and intelligence. Cabals grow to be about one foot
in length, from tail tip to nose. They are bipedal
(two-legged) with no other appendages. Their
tails are semi prehensile (more so in thin-tailed
Cabals, but allof them have it to an extent.) They
are actually quite agile, capable of the same speed
and jump range (relative to size) as an average
housecat.

~*~Cabal Clowders~*~
Cabals thrive in large groups called clowders.
They are happiest together and large clowders can often include
many generations of Cabals, though occasionally younger ones
will form a clowder of their own. A clowder of Cabals typically
has one dominant or "Alpha" pair. These two mate almost
exclusively, whereas the rest of the group may mate amongst
each other. Cabals are extremely fertile and can produce up to
a litter a week, ranging from 1-5 cubs. The other interesting
thing about Cabals, is that they have no true gender. and are
all hermaphroditic. Most do Identify as one gender or the other,
but some do not.

~*~Alpha Pairs~*~
The alpha pair of a clowder will ONLY mate with
each other except under very special circumstances.

~*~Cabal Varieties~*~
Cabals come in all shapes and colors. Since they are genetically altered from known cat breeds, they can take on features of most domestic cat breeds. Their coats can range from natural colors to more vibrant and colorful ones. The basic breeds, however, are mostly denoted by their tails. Currently we know of Fluffy Tails (the most common Cabals), Hose Tails (Uncommon) and Lynx Tails (Rare).

Rules
Don't worry, there's not a ton of rules, just a few guidelines to make sure we all work together

General Rules:
Please be respectful both to the mods and to other adopters.
If you don't get the Cabal you wanted, don't worry, there are always more coming.
Do not claim ownership over the species, art, or any characters that you have not adopted
No begging please
When you adopt a Cabal, I will PM a larger image of it to you.
Please make sure you SAVE this image, otherwise I am not responsible for its disappearance.
The smaller images will be kept in the archive.

Clowder Rules

When you own more than Three Cabals, you will have formed your first Clowder. You can separate your Cabals into as many Clowders as you wish, just please note some of the following rules:

A Clowder may have no fewer than three Cabals (more is preferable) and may not have more than 15.
Cabals can not breed with other Clowders (I.e. You want to breed a Cabal from Clowder A to another Cabal in Clowder B) except for very special circumstances, which will be announced when they occur.
When a Clowder reaches six Cabals, an Alpha pair must be established. This pair will run the Clowder and will mate exclusively with each other (meaning they will not mate with the others in the Clowder). They will be able to breed more often, and produce more and sometimes rarer offspring.

Premades

Premades are Cabal designs that can be adopted by all members.
They are fully breedable and may be integrated into a Clowder just like any ordinary Cabal.
There is no limit to how many members may adopt a Premade, but just like regular Cabals, they must be given a Name and Gender.
You may adopt one of each premade posted.

The Pound

This is where unwanted or abandoned pets go to get adopted. Anyone can adopt from the pound, even if you already adopted from the same litter. However, each member may only adopt one pound pet per day. It is possible to adopt additional pets for a fee of 20 Fish.

The Fish Tank

A Cabal's favorite food is fish, so what better substance to use for currency? This is the Tank(/Bank) where all members' Fish are stored! Fish are used to buy items, pay for breedings and customs, ect. Fish can be obtained through events, trading CS pets, items and C$, selling Cabals, or by studding our your Cabals (see the Breeding Thread for more info). Some fish are also more special than others and can be used for different things!

We are now open for business! Some parts of the agency are still being worked on, but we have adoptables up and are ready to start serving

The first litter is up! There was no theme involved, but I tried to do a mix of natural and unnatural colors so you have your pick this time Also please vote in our pole! If you need more information, I will elaborate now;
By "Premade" adoptables, it will be similar to how ChickenSmoothie does their adoptables. If I choose do do Premades, then basically once (possibly a few times) a week, I will put out one or two "Premades", that is, a Cabal design that everyone can adopt. This will assure that every member can get a Cabal each week, even if they miss out on the new litter. Like any Cabal, you will have to give your premade a name, and they will be fully breedable (when Breeding is set up) and can be integrated into one of your Clowders just like any other Cabal.
