To use;;
Open a software that has layers, like Pixlr.com

Open the image as a new layer, and crop the picture you want to use.

Create a new layer and drag it under the layer with the kitty lines.

Color the lower layer whatever color/design you wish.

Decorate, add items, etc.

You have now created your kitty, you may use them as adoptables, earn profit within the site unless I post.

Oekaki friendly too nwn
