For the next week or so, this thread will be closed.
That means no new litters during this time and I ask that you not purchase coffee cups or honey pots. {And bumping won't be necessary}

The reason for this is I need to sort the archive, revamp the main pages a bit, add some new features, and I'm moving! Yayyyy /sarcasm.
Packing, organizing and box hunting will keep me especially busy for the next few days. But I promise I'll make up for it. Maybe with a special event soon...

For now there's two poses, with two sizes each. The larger sizes aren't used very often,
since they'd be difficult to fit in siggies and such, but they are there if you like. xD

Appearance;

Pixel Bears are cute, soft and cuddly. They usually come in lighter / softer
color tones and always have two adorable black eyes. Their muzzle is typically
the same color as the insides of their ears and their nose is often the lightest shade.
All around they're rather pudgy and squishable, which makes them perfect for hugging.



Temperament;

Happy, content, energetic, excitable, very curious,
intelligent, clever, mischievous, and ever so slightly stubborn.
They also think rather highly of themselves. It's almost impossible
to find a Pixel Bear without these qualities. Pretty much every one of
them is just looking for a loving home with lots of hugs, attention, and snacks.



Habitat;

Inside. Pixel Bears very rarely leave the homes of their owners,
as they like to stay perfectly clean. Their fur is very important to them
and it's hard to wash. If they ever go out, it's only when it's sunny,
and they make sure to wear a shirt or something to keep from getting dirty.


Diet;

They eat almost anything edible. They're like little black holes. xD
Their favorite foods are sweets though. Coffee, pastries, donuts, ice cream, etc.
It reflects their personality quite nicely. c:


Other;

They're attracted to shiny things. So they love accessories.
They're attention sponges and love to be in the middle of everything.
They're very sociable creatures and require lots of snuggling. ^;^

Just remember these bears aren't always First-come First-serve. I'd like to see a little bit of effort as well. (;

Snuffles' Pixel Bears has two forms of currency. Coffee Cups and Honey Pots.
Coffee Cups are most often used for buying accessories and Honey Pots are for purchasing custom bears or special items.
What better way to lure a bear than with a honey pot, right?

For now either currency can only be bought with pets on my wishlist.

Guidelines for Ordering

1. Customs cost one Honey Pot a piece. {OR, one uncommon wishlist pet.}

2. You can order a custom two different ways. Either you can give me smaller, unspecific details like what pattern you want or the colors for it and let me go more freestyle
-OR- I will accept free to use, un-copyrighted images/designs as a reference.

3. Please don't request a custom based off of previous Pixel Bear designs.
Similar colors or similar patterns are fine, but each Pixel Bear should have it's own uniqueness.

4. I won't be doing line-art edits at this time, sorry, but that's expected to change.

5. Please include the Hex Codes for the colors. {Unless you're unsure about HexCodes, then it's fine}

6. If you include a reference, patterns and colors do not have to be filled out.

7. I beg of you, nothing too complicated. (xD)

8. Don't re-post or edit your form. If there's something on your form you'd like changed, PM me.

..........Who's Snuffles?........

Snuffles is my real life Polar Bear plush. {X} He's quite the character. This thread was inspired by him, as he enjoys posing and getting attention. xD

..........How do I adopt a Pixel Bear?........

Simply go to this post and look in the Adoption Box. If it says 'Available' under a bear, then it hasn't been taken yet. Then all you have to do is fill out the form below and hope it's accepted. If there are no available bears then you'll have to wait until a new litter is released or request a custom.

..........When are new litters released?........

I haven't totally decided yet. xD Let's say at least once a week, but it'll probably vary slightly as I'm still in a sort of Beta stage.

..........The same litter has been up for a while...........

Litters won't be switched out until most of them are adopted. Any bears left in the litter that weren't adopted will go to the shelf.

..........Can I put my adopted bear in my signature?........

Yes! As long as you're the rightful owner of the bear, you can put him/her in your signature, adopted creatures thread, etc. Just don't remove the link-back and don't take them off CS. Thank you.

..........Where do I get my bear code?........

After you adopt a bear I will send you a trade with the code included in the message. This way no one else can see the code. The trade will then be stored in the archive where you can retrieve it at any time, and unlike messages, the trade will never be deleted. Quite an elegant solution to fend off most art thieves, eh?

..........Why are there two linearts?........

One just wasn't enough. Some accessories, such as the rocking horse, only look right from a side view. At some point in the future I hope to have more poses, perhaps even more adorable.

..........How do I get my bear to be in a different pose?........

Sometime soon I'll have an option to change poses for a small fee. For now you can special request if you like.

..........Can Pixel Bears change genders?........

For now, no. I might make that an option in the future.

..........What are Coffee Cups?........

Pixel Bear currency. Just like Chicken Smoothie has chicken dollars, Pixel Bears have coffee cups to purchase accessories and other various things.

..........What are Honey Pots?........

Another form of currency. But they're mostly for making custom bears.

..........How do I get currency?........

By paying CS pets on my wishlist. There are now forms located on the Currency page to turn those pets into Pixel Bear currency.

..........Where is my currency kept?........

Just under the currency part of this page is the Bank. Everyone's currency is stored there.

..........Why do some people have 'Infinite' in bank/inventory?........

Those people are my absolute besties. ;D

..........How do I get an accessory?........

With Coffee cups! (and occasionally honey pots.) There's a form at the bottom of the accessory shop where you can request accessories for your bear(s).

..........Fits lineart #1 or #2? What?........

Certain accessories only fit one lineart. (or pose.) For now there are two linearts. To see what they are go to this page.

..........Accessory custom color option..?........

With accessories you can either choose an available color or pay a little extra to get a custom color. Custom colors are optional and the extra amount needed to request them is listed right under the initial price. Although a few items only have premade colors available.

..........How do I bid on an auction?........

There should be a form on this page just after the list of bears currently being auctioned. Include the form in your trade! (:

..........Can I add to my bid?........

At any time! Just ask me to send it back on the thread or through PM.

There's guidelines and a form to submit just after the auctions section on this page. ;D

..........What are hex codes..?........

They're color codes. You know how you can change text colors on CS? Like this? The numbers included in the code just after "[color=#" is the hex code. It's always six numbers long. You don't have to include them in your custom form if you're uncomfortable or unsure about them. Sometimes it can be a pain to find the specific hex codes of colors.
