Ignis are my made-up species; Both singular and plural form of the verb are the same. 'Ignis' means 'fire' in latin. The Fire Wolves might look like normal wolves, but they're nothing like 'em. I mean, besides anatomy. They have an ability to backfire and fire can't harm them.

Though Ignis can stand of fire anytime they want,
if they use backfire on full body, their energy
runs out very quickly. They can restrain energy
supply by burning only certain parts of their body
at time.

The Fire Wolves cannot turn to ash while using backfire, because they automatically turn on fire resistance. This ability consumes very little energy and can be on for quite long. Useful in combats with other Fire Wolves.

Overall rarity: REALLY COMMON

Fire color

Just regular orange flames we often see in real life.

Available Signs

Feature coming soon.

Coloration

Eyes have to be fresh colored, without any whites.
Common: Light gray base, darker or lighter markings.
Rare: Dark(er) gray base.
Very rare: Very dark/black base.

Mutations

Rare: Night eyes.

Special abilities

Backfire (for about one hour with full energy);
Fire resistance (from five to six hours).

2. Ignis Ignis - Fire Ignis

Overall rarity: RARE

Fire color

Same as the irises color.

Available Signs

Coloration

These rules are the same as Common Ignis'.

Mutations

Uncommon: Night eyes.

Special abilities

Backfire (from six to ten hours);
Fire resistance (this ability takes no energy away from them, so they never turn it off just in case).

You might be wondering why is choosing a Sign so important. Here comes the answer - Signing is the only way of choosing a path in your Ignis' personality and giving him the ability to use special powers, such as backfire or fire resistance. The first choice is free, but if you want to change a Sign after your first pick, you will have to pay.
