To start please read the information provided in the posts on the first page and familiarize yourself with how we work. If something isn't clear after you've read this page please feel free to reply with questions, we have several helpers on hand to assist you!
This is a primer to get you started.✖ First off, read our rules, if you agree to follow them then proceed.
✖ To adopt a pet you will need BD currency, known as Candi Apples (CA).
✖ To get CA and start a bank account review our exchange system under "Currency" [here].
✖ Once you know what your CS pets are worth send your trade to n e m o with the exchange form.
✖ The bank is normally updated on Wednesday and the Weekends.
✖ To adopt an available pet browse each designer's box.
✖ Some are first come first serve and some will have a "condition" to meet (like best name, etc.).
✖ Not sure if a pet has been adopted? "Search this topic..." with their ID (ex: 000???) or [here].
✖ To order a custom (from the species list) you will need 80 CA to afford a Golden Apple (GA).
✖ To add accessories to your custom you need 20 CA to buy a Bling Charm (BC).
✖ To order a custom you must find a designer who is currently accepting applications.
✖ To find a designer check our staff and under each species to find what they work with.
✖ Always check your bank before applying for anything and be aware of your balance, if
you are caught trying to cheat you'll be warned, if you succeed in cheating you'll be banned.

✖ Art theft is not allowed, always give credit to...the artist (n e m o) and the specific designer.
✖ There will be no place holding or reservations,

✖ Currently the adoption limit is 1 per day. (as of 11.14.2012)
✖ Link your pet back to the official thread, please, so that others can adopt.
✖ No custom lines will be available unless n e m o personally offers, do not ask.... custom line pets are referred to as "super customs".
✖ CS pets traded for apples are non-refundable to avoid any drama or confusion.
✖ Custom coloring will be offered occasionally and require a Golden Apple....first come with points in the bank will be first served.
✖ No whining or fighting if you don't get a spot in time, etc.... breaking this rule will result in a strike, 3 strikes you're out.
✖ Do not ask when a new one will be posted.

✖ You are allowed to consider the design you adopt as a character,...however rule one applies to this!
✖ You may swap your BD pet for another BD pet or gift it but nothing else,...this means you can't sell your pet for CS pets or anything else!
✖ If you change your username frequently...

I once heard about a place where very few humans have been able to visit.
This place wakes up with the dawn, trees covered in a frost, crystallized
remnants of the mist that hides their little corner of the world. The seasons
come and goes in a similar fashion here as they do in the mortal world,
but everything is more luscious and the temperature always feels comfortable
no matter if it's winter, spring, summer or fall. Even the skies are special here,
the dawn bathes everything in a bath of purples and pinks until the day wakes,
dispersing the mist to the edges of the land and pouring down crystal clear
sunlight. After the sun and shade have tired from their play a rich sunset
bursts across the land in a deep magenta and tangerine mixed with sky blue.
The nights are just as special because although the mists creep back in they
do not deny you the view of the stars that only the ancients remember where
you can almost reach out and touch an arm of the milky way.
It's no wonder the creatures here are special being born in such surroundings.
Some are similar to animals you would find in the mortal realm because those
are distant relatives of banished individuals. However, animals here do not
play by the same rules and can be wildly unique and communicate freely.
They have a special sense that lets them find mortals which they know are
safe to share their secret with and if you are befriended by one then you will
gain access to the land of Bloom Dapple. It doesn't matter where you're
located because Bloom Dapple exists in a separate realm, all you have to do
is step through the mist and you're here.
You will find a variety of pets roaming BD looking for human companions.
They vary from mythical to good old exotics! Our founding idea is to have pets
available which we only every dream about owning IRL. Now in their pocket size
form we can keep them safely tucked in our signatures and hearts.

Q. Do you accept C$ for CA?
A. Currently I do not, but this is coming in the future.
Q. How do I know if someone has applied for a pet already?
A. Each BD pet has a unique ID which you can "Search this topic..." for to
see what applications have been submitted. Pets will have "conditions"
like "first come first serve" or "best name wins" etc. You can also check
our archive for code drops!
Q. How much is this CS pet worth?
A. Please review the conversion chart here,
it's a great help!

Q. How do I get a super custom?
A. As the rules state these are only given out:
- if I offer them to you or
- or if they are in a current special offer.
Q. How do I become an artist here?
A. I only accept applications periodically and
I will post in the thread when I am looking,
so just keep an eye out!
Q. How do I get a Jelly or Special Event pet?
A. Special event pets are limited release
usually on lines that aren't available for
custom pets. You may adopt them only
when the event is going on. n e m o really
enjoys dropping random cuties on everyone
so just keep an eye out. :>
Q. What if a sell a character that my custom was referenced from?
A. You will no longer own the custom and must report the trade so that
we can change the label to the new owner's name and update the archive.
You may not trade/swap your custom without giving full ownership of
the character to the person you're swapping with and you obviously must
have permission from the original designer to do this to begin with.
