Ashe, Concept, Tokka
As Concept landed firmly on his rump, The girl stopped and allowed Joy to be released. Instinctively, Joy skurried over to Chancey and ran her finders over the pink pokemon with swift persition. The little Chancey cast its eyes up to Joy and smiled reassuringly, then turned to the boy, who had a ball in his hand and suddenly, a small Karrablast came out with a small grunt..I halted suddenly, looking at them both and blinking, "You alright?" I asked, holding out my spare hand and looking confused as I bent down, letting my grip of Nurse Joy and bending down, tilting my head and looking at him, "Concept?" I asked, petting Hello and watching at Aura rushed behind with the Pink Pokemon, "Buii~ Buii~" He laughed, I looked watching and petting as the orange Pokemon rushed into my arms, I got up and shook my head, holding out my arms again, "Come on, gonna take a hand or stay sitting on the ground?" I asked, grinning lightly
"No, I like sitting." It was a weak joke at beast, and hopefully my attempt at a grin would show it for what it really was as I reached out to take the offered hand. But suddenly, halfway to grabbing Ash's hand, I paused. It wasn't really hesitation. No... I'd realized my tentative press had actually activated the Pokeball, and now, for the first time since watching the Pokemon fight in the forest, I could get a good look at the Karrablast I'd caught just a while earlier. Wide yellow eyes stared back with enough wariness that I started the feel the pit of my stomach sinking. "Um..."
A nudge with a leaf brought me back to life. "Right." The little Oddish vacated my knee as I grabbed Ash's hand and let her help me up. "Thanks." Maybe I didn't really mean to let go of her hand so quickly, but the memory of being dragged was still fresh. Hiding embarrassment in a cough, I turned back to my newest Pokemon. And of course, Hello was way ahead of me. "Odd odd!"
"Come off it, Hello." I pushed at the curious little Oddish with a small laugh as I grabbed my Pokedex. "Uh... well, hi. You're..." I looked down at the screen and blinked. "...a long way from home. I'm Concept. You feeling okay?" I knew Nurse Joy and Chansey were right behind me, the same as Ash and her Buizel, but that didn't stop me from wincing at the thought that things might go sour.
