We're not allowed to make galleries of other's art or characters without permission. ^^; You should have some way of letting people who get or make art submit it to your archives - which is considered as a way of giving or getting permission. C:

There are no adoptables here. ^.^;; This is a guide on how to run a successful agency, but it's not an agency itself.

It depends on the agency. Some agencies have currency, some don't. Normally, they ask for pets or items, if they do have currency. You just have to read the first posts of the agencies to really find out. ^.^;;
