Throw food at the monster!

You hide in a nearby bush, fascinated by the strange creature. After a few minutes you dig a messed up peanut butter sandwich piece out of your jacket pocket and toss it at the thing. It bounces off the monster’s leg and the creature immediately freezes up. Muscles tense, it turns it’s head in your direction and bares it’s teeth in a menacing snarl. It backs into the shadows, and, once you’ve timidly stared from the bushes for a while, you see it’s small cat-like paw carefully scoop up the food. Um… progress?

The litter raffle guys have been adopted but I'm just gonna say that they are in the post so ppl can still guess. And just a sec lemme get your results~

CatMagics places a robin's egg outside of the worth cave and a small, human like hand reaches out and rolls it behind a rock. You nudge Empress forward a bit, earning an annoyed look. A little monkey-like creature crawls sluggishly out-- and though it's got cute features, the way it moves is a bit... unsettling. There are some strange things going on in this world that you guess you may never understand. So many different species! Anyways, the monkey turns it's sunken eyes towards you and says 511. What does that mean? Oh, yeah! Rarity scales. So your sneezel is Frequent.

As you get closer to the monster, you see it’s focused on a small, light maroon colored box.

You try to get a better view by crawling through the tall grass. Huh… from the back, the cat-like animal almost looks harmless.

It doesn’t look so bad… from here. Maybe if you could scare it off you could see what’s in that box.
