Why do some of its markings glow?:
Magic? Bizarre experiments? Naaah, nothing of the sort! EVE here is simply bioluminescent-- bacteria in her body (mostly concentrated along her sides) produce light, simple as that. She finds it quite useful in her current home, around the shores of Farlow Island. The glow attracts many small fish and insects that make up her diet, or at least attract the attention of locals, who often have some sort of yummy treat. She's become quite friendly with the local lighthouse keeper, and a... well, rather interesting menagerie that hangs out around there too...

I believe the entries have been closed as she is judging now before you sent your form.

Yeah forms are closed, which is kinda sad because as much as I'm hoping for 007 for myself, that is actually a really interesting explanation for her glowing marks!

I'll be updating the archive momentarily, but while I'm here I'd like to know if there is any interest in a fanclub being made as a place to chat, share art, find friends for your lizards ect ect. If there is interest in that I'd be happy to open one up!

In the meantime I will be finishing up that next shipment and hopefully be able to get it up soon!

Also, this is one last reminder about the naming contest which I will end soon, probably about the time I get the next shipment up, and a last reminder about the open staff position, which will also close around the same time. I've love to get a few more entries for both!

I'd love to try out for the staff but I can't </3
I'm at my own personal limit on moderating certain threads.
Maybe when they close down or I quit(Probably due to work), I can then try if they happen to open again.

As for making a fan-club, that would be awesome. Though probably need another shipment or two so we can have lots of lizards running around XD but yeah definitely something that we will need in the future~

I hope you do get some more inquires for staff on the thread (I would apply but I'm a lazy little person, it's weird to see me on CS this much as it is)
