Maybe you should reread the post above you. Like Soteria said Chibi cats is on a hiatus. It won't be opening until Angel reopens it.

All the cats have been adopted so there is no reason to post your form. Please refrain from posting until Angel comes back.

DX ugh,the adoption center will never have new cats,and the customs will never be open! end of story >.< I check all the time! Poor Angel,I wonder what's going on...

I don't think Angel will becoming back anytime soon and I do believe its time for someone to take action and talk to Angel and see if someone could temporarily take over?
