I know there's an FAQ on the first page, but I think you should put the rules on the first page as well, before the adoptions. That way adopters see it before the adoption. (Most people probably skip the second page where the rules are now, I think.) Also, the rules should include clearly what is spam. That way, when people get warnings, they aren't like "I didn't know that was counted as spam!"

hey chubby, i think there should be an adoption limit on charloos. Beacause 2 people that are not mods have 6 already. Its not really fair to people who have none.
