I've heard of this adoption center, but haven't visited it 'til a few minutes ago. xP I hope I can post my form?
I've decided to go for iBrevity's one instead:
Kennel:#P5
Section:Common Creatures
Name:Phantom
Breed:Ghost Fennec Fox x Cat
Age:Technically, he has no age, since he's a ghost.
Why do you want this animal?&What will you do for this animal?:
I like how simple he is, love his little heart earring. He's just so epic. ;] I'd get art for him, give him a home in my character thread (see signature), and cherish him with lots of luff. <3 I'd also draw him myself, even though my skills aren't the greatest.
Personality:Phantom feels as though every step he takes is a mistake. He isn't satisfied until he has gained the satisfaction of his masters, and is a lonely yet positive young "ghost". He is loyal, and the type of person to befriend. However, Phantom is rather naive, and is flexible enough to bend to the dislikes and likes of whatever master he has.
Dislikes&Likes:Phantom likes children and sweet foods. He likes clouds and dreams, wishes and optimistic thoughts.
He dislikes the dark, but it has always been his job to fight it.
History/Background:It takes two to play at this game: be my princess, I'll be your prince. Be my horse, I'll be your knight. Be my queen, I'll be your servant. I knew you weren't like them. The moment I saw who you really were, I was awestruck. I was never a real person. Never, did I die. I was created by a clash of your dreams and nightmares. No, I
am your dreams and nightmares. I am simply an impossibility, simple an inhumane object. I cannot love, nor can I hate. I am a wish fallen into regret.
Phantom was a young girl's guardian angel. He cared for her deeply, and protected her from the evils of the night. She did not know he existed, but the young girl had always felt protected, embraced by Phantom's gentle, ghostly arms. The young girl, however, was a princess, and the offspring of a terrible queen and an overly ambitious king. Her guardian angel cared enough for her to have her grow up like a real princess should- kind and hospitable. However, even the tiniest of children grow up. And by the time she was a teenage, she was no longer afraid of the dark, and was breaking away from her fallen angel.
Its hard to tell you what Phantom really felt. He was ice-cold, and it was impossible to interpret his feelings. The pink glow that adorned his white velvet body was his master's favorite color, yet it scared many away. They saw him as a monster, as something... impossible. Unwanted in such an orderly community led by terrible royalty.
So Phantom broke away into little pieces. He took his heart, a ball of black fire, and hung it by his ear, to show how scarred he had become. Eventually, the young princess became an old woman, and she was a weary and snappy old queen. Phantom felt as though he had let down his young princess, for she had not grown up the way he had intended to raise her.
But deep down, he realized that he had loved her.
Yet perhaps she had never felt the same way about her guardian angel, fallen from the havens to serve her himself.
