I didn't want to post anything, because I didn't want anyone to think I'm posting "just because I have to" or anything like that. But then I realized I'm posting for you, not them.
I still remember the first time we talked. I had ordered a corgi custom and when you pm'd it to me I got so excited and the conversation went on from there. I was first a mod, then clover manager/mod. One day, when I was at my sister's school handing out breakfast I got a notification that someone sent me a pm.
It was you.
You said you had put up the staff page I suggested, and that I should go check it out. Once I saw it, I dropped my phone and smiled so big, I was titled co owner. For a bit I actually thought you were kidding, but you gave me new roles and jobs and responsibilities that I soon came to the realization that it's real.
The day you pm'd me about you quitting was very sad. I didn't know what I'd do without your guidance to help me guide this centre. Luckily though, you decided to stay for awhile and helped me through all the stress, confusion, but also joy & friends that come with owning an adoptable centre.
I imagined you'd stay around for awhile longer, just not log on as often. But then I got a pm just a few hours ago. You are quitting. I was hoping it'd be like last time, but once you made your post on the SK official thread I knew this was it. I immediately regretted not talking to you for the past few weeks, I've just been so busy, and thought you'd always be here.
It's incredibly sad to see you go, but I know you will be back to see us grow as a community. I hope you'll be proud.
