Not sure how to adopt really. I read all the rules and it confused me but I would really like to adopt the dragon in Kennel #03 please.

Lawl, to adopt you copy the adoption form from the second post and then fill it out to the best of your ability. On the code drop (next sunday) it will be announced which people earned which characters ^-^ If you have any trouble or need any suggestions, you can just ask on here for help and I or one of the other members will assist you ^-^
