Ok guys, the was some confusion with the Halloween litter, so I'm just going to name the users that did NOT break any rules while posting a form and therefore have gotten a cat, or users that did not break any rules but claimed a cat after another user

And I guess the Ghost cat is still available, unless I got messed up with someones form
