I would like to apply for this pet, but before I work out a big form and everything: Is this thread still alive? The last round seemed to have ended last year, can I even apply for pets now?

ATTENTION;
Midnight Adoption Center is currently closed for remodeling and coding, as it seems my old code is getting outdated and messy. Whether or not this will be moved entirely to a new thread or not is currently being debated, and if that is the case, a redirect link will be posted sometime next month. I'm sorry for the inactivity, but you guys can expect a neater thread and new pets within the month.
